Avenue Suites
Bacolod Downtown,Bacolod (Negros Occidental) - View on map
"Stylish and vibrant, modern and hip..certainly, it's the Avenue Suites! The newest addition in Bacolod's downtown. Its location is perfect for sight-seeing, dining and night life. Famous nearby attractions are the Negros Museum, the Negros Showroom, the old Negros Provincial Capitol, the Negros Occidental Capitol Park and Lagoon and the Negros Forest and Ecological Foundation Inc. It's also readily accessible to Bacolod's famous gastronomic places such as Manokan Country, Bob's Restaurant, Pepe's Restaurant and Bar, Chicken Deli, and the heaven of cakes..Calea. It's also near Piazza Sorrento, where you can delight your night with a drink and good music. The hotel per se is a pleasant place to stay. They have spacious and very comfortable rooms. Staff always wear their smiles regardless of the time of the day. The Bacolod's way of life, sweetness and smiles, indeed extended by the hotel. "

L'Fisher Hotel
Bacolod Downtown,Bacolod (Negros Occidental) - View on map
"We have now been to L'Fisher 3 times in a short time and this time too, excellent! What I love are the little things like shampoos, water and coffee stoves. Despite covit and unfortunately the breakfast I'm plastic box, this is very good. Very friendly not slimy staff that I like very much as a foreigner. 😂 Is not played. And not to forget the beautiful pool with really great courteous pool staff who are concerned that it has towels. The only shame is that there is no parasol for damage. Looking forward to coming back anyway. Incidentally, I've had a few nights in a hotel in Bacolod, but the lfisher is the best value for money."

Seda Capitol Central Business and Staycation Hotel
Bacolod Downtown,Bacolod (Negros Occidental) - View on map
"The hotel is located along Lacson Street, Bacolod City. The hotel is just in front of the Negros Occidental Provincial Lagoon were you can stroll/jog during afternoon or early morning. It's also 5-10 minutes walk to Ayala Mall - Capitol Central if you feel like shopping and eating. You can ride a jeepney if you want to visit SM Bacolod or Robinsons Bacolod malls. The hotel has gym and swimming pool where every guest can utilize during their stay. Most of all, the stay includes a buffet breakfast where you can select different types of servings. The staffs are very accommodating and welcoming. No checkin and checkout issues during my stay. Highly recommended!"

Circle Inn - Hotel & Suites
Bacolod Downtown,Bacolod (Negros Occidental) - View on map
" I booked a deluxe room online. They offer a special rate when you book online. I think the room rates are reasonable especially for a solo traveler like me. My overall experience with this hotel, from the way they handle my reservation and requests up to checking-out, is very satisfactory. The hotel staff are courteous. I am delighted that they accommodated my request for an early check-in. I arrived in Bacolod via Cebu Pacific at 8am, and when I reached the hotel my room was ready. It was such a great relief since I came from a 3.5 hour flight from Singapore. I love the room especially the queen-size bed.I would have stayed all day in my room if only I have the luxury of time :-) If ever I come back to Bacolod, I would definitely stay in this hotel, and I would recommend it to my friends."

Acacia Hotel Bacolod
Bacolod Downtown,Bacolod (Negros Occidental) - View on map
"Pros: (Executive Queen) The room is spacious and actually has a king-sized bed. It’s very clean and well-designed. Lobby is also clean, and check-in and check-out is pretty smooth. Cons: For the room price (comparing with another hotel of the same rating), this would have been perfect if breakfast was buffet rather than plated (less than 10 choices). I ordered daing na bangus, and the rice wasn’t even fried or garlic. There is a buffet set-up of bread, a couple of fruits, and coffee. Location-wise: it’s not a convenient hotel since public transport is not accessible (if you are considering this place for an event, private transport is a must). It is almost right beside SM Bacolod, but still quite a distance of walking (mind you, there are no crosswalks nearby and the streets between the hotel and the mall are poorly maintained and highway-wide)."

Nabulao Beach and Dive Resort

"THE BEST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN!! ONLY IF I CAN GIVE A BILLION STARS REVIEW FOR THIS PLACE I WILL. The owner welcomed us, prepared a sumptous meal on our arrival, the staff were very accommodating, the food were all delicious, the room is totally 5 star. They are very vonsiderate, fetch us and sent us from&to the terminal with a private SUV car. The island hopping was one of the best adventures we had. I totally fell in love with this place. Totally a great place to relax, have fun, enjoy and spend quality time with your family. I'm definitely gonna go back to this place again."

Punta Bulata Resort & Spa
Cauayan,Bacolod (Negros Occidental) - View on map
"We booked an overnight here to make the drive from Bacolod to Dumaguete more interesting, and it was worth it. It's 3km down a dirt road which has recently been levelled and improved, and most cars except sports cars should make it OK. Our room was basic but large and clean with sea view, comfy bed and big bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was good value and served great food. The pool was clean and the resort's private beach and gardens with views of nearby islands were absolutely beautiful. Only downside: mobile phone signal is very weak (Globe), and the resort only offers 100Mb of free wifi per person (you have to pay per Mb to get more). Overall a great place to unwind. Next time we'll go for longer."

LOC Residences
Bacolod Downtown,Bacolod (Negros Occidental) - View on map
"I loved that there was a wall climbing area at the back, I would definitely come back for that. It’s a different establishment from the hotel but it was accessible. Speaking of accessibility, it’s kind of sketchy from the outside. I had my doubts and even got lost a bit, but it’s actually safe. I walked my way to the park at night and even rode a Jeep and tricycle to the manukan area of Bacolod near SM. Downside is that the cr kind of smelled bad because I think the shower area tiles are flat instead of slipping down to the sink. The rooms can get very cold very fast so that was a plus. Spacious and worth it. Under construction condo that’s being used as a hotel at the moment."

Nature's Village Resort
Talisay City,Bacolod (Negros Occidental) - View on map
"Nature's Village Resort is owned by the Governor's (Negros Occidental) sister so you can imagine you get some of the best amenities. The Superior room in which we stayed was over-sized, quiet and very comfortable. The entire resort is well designed with a charming modern rustic feel incorporated with an abundance of local and international art to please your senses. The restaurant was our biggest surprise. It is quite literally a five star eatery. The free breakfast each morning is what you would expect to pay top dollar (peso) for anywhere else. The resort, on a large property of natural surroundings, has something for everyone. There's a park for relaxing, throwing a party or holding a function. Two pools, one for all ages, one for the little tots. The larger has a nice waterfall and slide. There are well designed and appointed mud huts on the back of the property. If you want to live like upscale Flintstones during your stay, then book a clay hut. Lastly. Nature's Village is centrally located in the city of Talisay between Bacolod-Silay International Airport and downtown Bacolod. About a seven minute trip to Bacolod City and onward to other points of interest. Nature's Village is a real gem."
