This ancient city in the center of Myanmar has perhaps the highest number of Buddhist temples, stupas, and pagodas than any other place in the world. It’s safe to say that Bagan is overflowing with very important spiritual sites, and it’s often busy with not only tourists vying for a photo, but also those who are on a spiritual journey.
