"We stayed in a deluxe cabin for the weekend, which met all our needs. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the shops and also for my husband to go fishing. We were able to cook our own meals. The bed was comfortable (but we were glad that we brought our own doona for extra warmth). It was a very friendly environment with both the other guests as well as the staff being friendly. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here again."

"The Ramada is a class above not only every other hotel in Ballina but a very big percentage of first rate hotels in Sydney. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and business colleagues and I will be staying there on a regular basis as I have family and business interests in that part of the world. It has security in-house parking, check-in was a breeze and the staff were very helpful. If I have a complaint it is one that I would level against not just the Ramada in Ballina but virtually every 5-star I have stayed in from Sydney to Mumbai to Munich and that is charging for Wi-Fi. It should be free. That is how business is done these days and hotels should be all about of attracting business people. "
