Eurohotel Barcelona Granvia Fira

"I lost my laptop computer, which is of invaluable significance to me, at Munich Airport, while taking a flight to Barcelona. Mr. Christian Gruner of Eurohotel Barcelona Granvia Fira, who speaks Spanish, German, and English fluently, took the exordibary patience and passion to help me locate the computer and arrange for its express delivery to the hotel on 25 September, the day before my departure. It is 24 September today and I am eagerly waiting for the computer to arrive. My gratitude for Chris (Mr. Gruner) and the entire staff is beyond word."

"Thank you to the friendly staff - Laura who is always ready to help with a smile. The other staff is strict - borrowing the hair dryer is a hazzle as it has to be returned w/in 4 hrs even if I tell the staff that I will return 7am the ff morning - not allowed. "

Seventy Barcelona

"The staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean, upmarket and luxurious. The food is also delicious and good quality (unlike most hotel food!) and walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. The location is central and is walking distance to many places. There is parking too, but need to pay. Really recommend this hotel, I would love to stay again. "

Barcelona Universal Hotel
Sant Antoni,Barcelona - View on map
"Enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Barcelona and couldn’t have been better. - Excellent location- 10 to 15 minutes to La Ramblas, right infront of McDonalds and Subway and one of the best restaurants I’ve been to (Antic Cafe), next to several supermarkets and clothes shops (including Carrefour express) - If you want to reach any place in Barcelona cheaply you could use the metro right infront of the hotel or use the bus on the other side of the road. I would recommend to buy 10€ ticket of 10 rides either by bus or metro. - The best thing about the hotel is its staff. They were really helpful in telling us the places to visit in Barcelona and how to reach them by metro or bus using the hotel map which was extremely helpful. MANY THANKS TO MR SERGI AND ALL THE STAFF!! They made the hotel feel more than a 5 stars and I haven’t found such welcomes staff like that in any hotel in the countries I have visited. Further to that, they gave my baby boy a balloon every time they see us. Really don’t know how to thank them! - Very rich breakfast buffet with a lot of choices and great drinks - Beautiful panoramic pool and rooftop to enjoy with a great bar to enjoy all sort of drinks and cocktails. P.S. Don’t forget to reserve for the cocktail classes or visit during their free beer tasting time. - Large spacious rooms which are cleaned everyday - Definitely would be back soon and I highly recommend it specially for all the service it offers compared to its affordable cost. Hotel Ramblas Internacional
La Rambla,Barcelona - View on map
"We stayed at Internacional Cool Local Hotel from 25th to 28th November 2012. It was our first time in Barcelona and we arrived from the airport by train and Metro. When we came up from the Metro station at Las Rambla the hotel was just across the street and very easy to find. We found out the the location was perfect for a first time visitor to Barcelona. Our room 208 was actually two rooms and the size was perfectly even though we do not stay much in the room when we visit a big city like Barcelona. Our luggage did not arrive on time and the hotel helped us in all way and followed us up perfectly. If we should be very critical we could mention that the beds could be better (two single beds put together) and the TV only had german RLT and CNN. Overall a very nice hotel that we can recommend. "

Sansi Barcelona
Eixample,Barcelona - View on map
"1. rooms are not big but contain anything you need, looks recently renovated and no rugs so dust is to it's minimum. 2. bathroom is good, clean and comfortable. 3. hotel is located on diputacio and balmes, just 5 minutes from placa de catalunya. it's also not far from passeig de gracia the metro and train station so you can take the airport train and avoid the costly taxi prices. 4. the street is well lighten and wide in case you arrive or go out late 5. staff was nice and polite but not very helpful when it comes to tourist attractions, better go to the tourist information at placa catalunya. price is a bit high for this small hotel and 4 stars hotels in barcelona might not be what you are used to but overall we enjoed our stay and might be back on our next visit to amazing barcelona"
