Best hotels & accommodations in Baton Rouge (LA)

I checked in for one night with my son. The front desk clerk told me that a United States passport wasn't usually accepted for anyone that was not a Mexican. I don't have a driver's license. I have never stayed at a hotel that had a problem with a passport-I travel a lot. After stating that I would only be staying one night while waiting for my apartment to be repair...

The blanket had stains, the bottom skirt of the bed has stains. The phone was dirty, the light would not come on by the sink. They had ants in the bathroom. Never again, you really get what you pay for. The location was fine, you are surrounded by food and everything

I was looking up hotels and found this one for a STEAL compaired to all the other hotels I was finding. I decided to go with this still, worried it might be trashy. I was thoroghly impressed with the quality of the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean and smelled fresh. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great place. I'm glad I stayed.

When arriving at the hotel, the clerk was nice and the hotel lobby was clean and presentable. It was nice to know that they offered coffee 27/7 and a pitcher of water and lemonade. Our room was clean, it had a good view if the highway. The towels had stains that were a little noticeable, but you can tell they were clean. Overall, I would recommend someone to the Comfor...

Overall, we enjoyed staying at the Richmond. Two comments for management. The pillows are not comfortable for sleeping (too big/puffy). The breakfast setup was pretty good except there is something wrong with the juice machine. All of the juices has a rank taste. I just started drinking water instead. All the staff was very friendly.

On arrival, the guy at the desk told us, that no non-smoker room would be available. When we proved that we had booked non-smoker, he stated, it must have been due to communication error, so after all wouldn't be his fault. When I asked for discount, he refused and offered to cancel our reservation. As we had noticed, there was a sign at hotel telling: "Sorry, no r...

I understand that it's cheap, but when it's filthy walking into the room yewe pay for its a different story.. the light fixtures are hanging from wires, the workers enter your room whIle your gone.. it's horrible!! DON'T COME HERE!!! SPEND THE EXTRA 10$ ON ANOTHER MOTEL

Great location, clean hotel, staff friendly BUT they will charge you $75 as pet fee. So you basically pay an extra room for you fur babies. Dogs are not allowed to walk in the lobby as well. They have to pass by the stairs. Cleaning fee is $350. Not so pet friendly hotel. Oh and if your dogs barks a lot which is why they are call dogs cause they bark. They can evict yo...

My fiancée and I booked a room for the start of my birthday weekend . When we walked inside of the room, our first disappointment was the bed. I booked a room for a queen size bed, but it was a small normal size bed. Disappointment two, the phone didn't work and disappointment three there wasn't a TV remote in the room. However, we finally was so upset that we reque...
