The hotel itself is wonderful, spacious rooms, the main problems are in the lounge - there are lots of mosquitoes around the food, the food is not varied and remains the same all the days. Regarding the casino - we sat down to eat and a waitress in the place made us feel very uncomfortable and get up because there were guests who were waiting - it is not respectable !!...

Hotel located in good place and good service

The hotel was excellent, the staff people were nice and friendly, the GYM was very equipped and over looking the sea, just the whole thing was fabulous. Very good hotel situated and the prime spot.Courteous staff.Special care for guest who books through booking.com . Only one lift is there which is a bit of inconvenience.

The room is face to Back sea, we can see the sunset in the room, supermarket and beach only need five mins walk, staff is very helpful and manage gave a very good wine to us when we check in the room.

We actually did Have a chance to stay in N16 hotel due to a technical problem while I was doing check in, the owner then got to have a room for us from nearby hotel and paid the various price. Very helpful and promising.

Everything is perfect

me and my brother took the apartment for 3 days and ended up staying 6. clean cozy and in good location.

I had a pleasant stay in a room having balcony. The elderly owner couple were friendly and helpfull, they understood a bit of english. Breakfast was laid individually for each guest and was very good altho started only at 09:00 (for early departure it was served according to wish}. Nearby not a big choice of restaurants.

Modern, well-equipped room & guest house located in the old town close to the end of the boulevard, restaurants, shops.

OK for one night, in centre of Batumi. Lovely lady who runs it. However, the room was very hot and there was no air conditioning , although there was a fan, so not great for a very hot summer night. Shared bathroom and kitchenette with pots etc.available. short walk to the beach and St Barbara 's Church.

We really felt at home, the family who lives there was so kind and loving and for that amount of money its really worth it!

this is fine for. 3 star hotel , staff English is poor to non existent but this is normal for Georgia , breakfasts above average for 3 star , numerous shops , pharmacyies and take out food place on door step , main tourist square about 15 min walk , some rooms have no windows but these are much cheaper

The location can't be beat - it's 5 min walk to the main attractions - like Ali & Nino moving statue, the ferris wheel, the park where you can rent bikes, the alphabet building, etc. Also close to lots of restaurants, tour companies' offices, phone top-up machines. Very minimal but great for a group of young people.

When we go there we don't have reservation for us

the guest rooms (at least some) are in a separate building than the family, so it was a comfortable stay for me. the place is very clean too!

We enjoyed a lot while staying in this hotel. Nice breakfast with wine. The carpet looked old and smelled.
