There are many place nearby have to visit and as a hotel value for money, you can spend your budget more to have a local culiner there, and there so many tourist destination to be scheduled and visited. If you are in a hurry to go, you can order an airport bus with a call. Indonesian breakfast won't bother me, there are room with enough space even you are travelling ...

location right beside the Universitas Bengkulu, so it's perfect if you have business in universitas bengkulu. don't need anyvother transportation just walk!. They also offer some menus for breakfast. Room is nice, but yeah quiet small (I know it, typically budget room in a big city). but everything in a room works really well. Unfortunately, there's no windows.

The hotel is quit good, although it is 1 star hotel, the room is spacious. It is just 50 meters from Museum Rumah Fatmawati, and walking distance to Museum Seokarno's exile house. It's also walking distance to Pantai Pasir Panjang, a wonderful beach in Bengkulu. Go to city center in Suprapto street also only may be 70 meters. It also near the souvenir shops. And the b...

I stayed here because the original hotel booked was full so I wan advised to stay here. The staff can not speak English at all and kept asking for payment from me. The room is very very standard, its basically staying at your friend's home and dont expect any kind of service.

I'm not so picky about places to stay. As a backpacker after traveling a few days in Sumatra, I got used to hotel standard all around this big island so I didn't expect anything spacial for the price I had to pay. In short I assumed every hotel in Sumatra is a lot overprice compared to other SE countries such as Malaysia, Vietnam or even Thailand. But I had the worst e...

I was stay in the guest house with my mom, and feel like we were in our own home. The hotel were so nice in hommy decorative with a small fish pool. Though it only a guest house but have complete ammenities, such as towel, tooth brush, shower bath, shampoo, a jar of drinking water with two glasses, made our overnite so relax and comfortable. And one more : They serve o...

Bengkulu was ok but it was not summer season so maybe better then. It needs a regular street rubbish collection or street cleaners.
go to the historical and cultural site, or do the bussines. go to "sungai suci" beach. the beach is not so pretty as bali's but quiet nice.
Bengkulu is very small city, it has a lot of history such as British Colonial that you can see from the beautiful Fort Marlborough.
