We 4 people stayed here for only 2 nights. It's convenient to go out everywhere such as tapas bars, shopping places, and beach. Staff is very kind and friendly. She gave us lots of information of Benidorm, so we had a nice time. The room was a bit old but clean. Cost performance was also good. We were satisfied and strongly recommend this hotel! Thanks. Rooms are basic but clean, but what can you expect for €20 per room Inc breakfast for four of us, no heating available in the room, had to use the 2 ring cooker for warmth. Location is convenient for benidorm market across the road, and all the local ammeneties, the main shopping stretch is a pleasent 15 min stroll away. Lovely hotel very clean and tidy. Right next to beach. Very friendly staff seemed genuine and nice with our young 3 year old. Enjoyed it here will defo revisit

The hotel has grown tired since the last time we visited. There were more young people staying in the hotel this time, causing unnecessary disturbances. Sound proofing in rooms very poor.

Fabulous apartments for the price, free safe and welcome pack, everything you need is there. Also a great bar underneath run by 2 brothers who can't do enough for their customers, they have just opened a rooftop bar above the MC Maryciel apartments (owned by the same people as the Amalia apts) and it is definately the best bar in benidorm !!!!

ok, I was in Benidorm but this must be the worst place I have ever stayed. The rooms are basic which was expected but they were also dirty which is never expected. The "sofa bed" was dirty and uncomfortable. There were people screaming outside the rooms until the early hours in the morning and there was a constant smell which filled the entire hotel. Planned only to stay one night in Benidorm, but we enjoyed so much decided to stay extra nights. Found the location ideal relatively quiet except for park to the front of the hotel. Had a second floor studio at back which had a large balcony/terrace which overlooked street below. Everything worked and location was excellent for access straight onto street. Hotel is in a great location.The beach, the old town and everything you need around.Great receptionists.But at night everything can be heard from the streets, heard as neighbors talk, flush toilet, showering.Food choices are very limited and poor at dinner.For breakfast there is no fresh vegetable except for baked tomatoes.I can't understand why such a terrible coffee...

Immaculately clean bedroom, although a little small, and bathroom. Great location, comfortable beds and supportive pillows. The WiFi connection was intermittent hence the reduced score for facilities

Fantastic location for all amenities.

Booked a last minute trip for x1 night as we only live around 40 mins away. So glad we chose this hotel. Brilliant location for direct access to the Old Town and beach. Facilities are basic but for what we paid, we were very happy. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. We would stay here again for the same price. 👍

Fit for purpose, near old town and very reasonable price. Fairly comfortable room.

good location would stay there again, stayed in nov 09, and paid 28 pounds per night, with breakfast included, croissant coffee tea orange juice etc, you could have dinner for an extra charge , the restauraunt also has a view towards the sea, but the best point is the location very close to the old town and yacht club, value for money stay...

deceiving saying that it is in old town and its not its quite a good walk away we went to old town and it cost me 11 euro in a taxi to get back to the calas marina breakfast was so bad not one single English program on the telly no tea facilities Diego the man at reception was very nice and so help full would not go back .

We wanted to visit Benidorm for an evening and had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 18th floor which I would recommend. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed but far from luxury, if you were visiting for any period of time I’d advise staying somewhere with better facilities. Also appeared to be quite loud but like I said, perfect for what we needed!

The only fault was they don`t have aircon. It was OK mid September but would not have been comfortable July/August

Thairs nicer hotels out that don't go there.

We have stayed here with Family members a few times. We live near Benidorm but stay over every now and again for our Beni 'fix'. The apartments are a bit dated but spacious. We love the balconies and views. It is a bit of a hike ba k up the hill but if you have no mobility issues it is no problem. The lifts are very slow! We had to wait around until 16:30 to book in. Extraordinarily well equipped self catering, able to cook anything and wash. dry, iron clothes whenever. Good for a much longer stay. Only issue was the walk up the hill to the apartment.

We was put in a room with 2 single beds I went down stairs to reception An told them it should of been. a double! This property was great in a great location for the fiesta near to every bar .. however because it is over a bar there is no chance of sleep ... that really ruined the 4 days i was there .. much to noisy and i like to party.. had about 4 hours sleep the whole time i was there would not stay again but only because of the noise .. when the music finaly goes off the bottl...

its not exactly central but plenty of bars and stuff around so your walk into benidorm central is not a boring one.

The hotel was in the quieter part of the beach which we thought was good, 10 euros by taxi to bar street . Nice and friendly staff both in reception and dining room . The apartment is right off the beach in the historic center of Benidorm. The apartment has a kitchenette but there are dozens of restaurants very close by. The aparment was not big, but had a nice balcony. Beds were good. Negative: parking is not possible here, you need to park in a garage or on the street 1 km away.

Nice clean hotel.this hotel needs to explain to customers their car park facilities. We had to pay 35 euros for one night parking if the staff had explained about the facility there would have been no problem. A notice in reception would have been appropriate. Staff totally unconcerned and somewhat rude . management need to take this on board.
