Big Bear Lake (CA) hotels & accommodations
Very nice hotel with really helpful staff. Our room had a fireplace (gas) which gave it a nice flair. Room was comfortable and warm. Facilities like swimming pool, fitness room, billiards (pool) table etc avail. Its only a short car-ride to the lake and the rest of town, basically easy access to all. Really enjoyed staying at Big Bear Chateau, really liked Big-Bear Lak...
The hiking trails & views we're amazing! The activities for the kids were perfect, our kids had the best time 🤗 It was the perfect Mini Vacation for our family
The location was good. it was near everything but not “walking-distance” near. The breakfast was okay. Lots of pastries, fruits, coffee, hot choco, juice, milk. I wish there were eggs. Our room has a mini fridge but i wish it had a microwave too so we could heat up our own food in the room. Minus two stars because our window blinds were a torn, the tiny hot water di...
This place was absolutely amazing! From check in to check out it provided everything our family (with 2 teenagers) needed during our summer vacation stay. When your kids are excited about the property you know you have selected well. We have stayed in several condos/suites in our travels and this property is by far one of the best! The proximity to shopping and restau...
The cottage was overall alright, we chose our room with a fire place since it was during winter- I think the fire place was a little too near to the bed and the flame was too strong due to the limit space. The other option I think was a bathtub. The hotel was basically a group of several old small cottages with one cottage served as a front lobby (guests must come her...
Beautiful place to stay...Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Big Bear.
Arriving to the lodge was very simple as it is on the 18 highway right in the middle of the village. Our lodge was a loft style, which had open fireplace (I overheard the desk attendant tell a guest staying in the suits that their room had gas heating only) as well as gas heating. 2 queens sized beds on the upstairs loft and another downstairs nestled under the stai...
Front office man was very pleasant. It wasn't too crowded when I went. Check out was speedy as well. The room was big n nice. The jacuzzi was soOo relaxing after some bumps on the ice... it was perfect to be able to relax and watch tv.
From start to finish, I could not have asked for a better experience. Without a doubt, this is the only place I will ever stay at while visiting Big Bear.
Easy access to town and lake
This room's value for money is expensive. The Big Bear Frontier's WIFI is weak. The room's soundproof is terrible.
The facility and location were both great, but the room we were assigned, not so much. Room 115 is the first room on the corner of the building near the parking lot. The room windows had vertical blinds which had been tweeked beyond repair leaving no privacy. Everyone walking by our patio slider, bedroom and especially our bathroom could look inside. I ended up cove...
comfort, mountain style cabin, kitchen, fun and location all pro
Perfect place!! However I did book a king and when I got there they said all their standard beds are Queens and only their upgraded rooms were Kings. Don’t know if that’s a problem on the hotel or Agonda.com for offering!!
Very nice place to stay. The room was spacious and positively something different than usual. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying at Big Bear Lake.
Beautiful, magical place to getaway and have a romantic night away with your honey. Thank you Shannon for making it such a wonderful time. Your cottages are AMAZING!!!!!!!
Nice front office, but the place is in need of a serious remodel, the tiny cabin smelled like beef jerky and dog urine. Save yourself the hassle and spend the extra $50-80 on a newer rental.
This is a beautiful place in the Big Bear downtown walking distance to shops and restaurants and entertainment. Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, workout facilities are nice to have. Lounge with live entertainment was pleasant and they even had a nice game room for kids and adults to play some air hockey, billiards, arcade games. Breakfast buffet was a bit of a disappointment.
