nice rooms, comfortable king bed, fridge in room, cheap bathroom tissue, nice towels, quiet room on 18th floor with nice view of intercostal waterway and Ruby Pearl Casino. one of the best casino facilities on the gulf coast with many games to choose from. Good value...……$49 per night when I booked with AGODA on line. Resort fee is $13.44 per night and tax was anot...

The hotel and breakfast were nice. It looks just like the pictures on line. I booked online for a king size bed. At checkin they said I had a full size bed. Online the king and double was available. There is no way I could have booked a full size. They did not have any king available, but they had a double. Was not pleased with that at all. They offered to canc...

This is one of the best Best Western's I have stayed in. Room of big, set up nice, and clean. Loved the small balcony you could sit out on. The staff that was there both at check in and when I stopped to turn in my keys were very friendly and professional. Will stay there again and will also recommend it to friends going to Biloxi.

It was quiet time and it felt like we were the only quests. No toast for breakfast, not much fruit, there were too few people to bother I guess. Staff was friendly. Hotel was far from Biloxi but that was reflected in price I guess. Bath was not clean. Kind of worth for the $

Rundown rooms. We spent Sunday morning talking to jackson county police officers bout the shooting in the room next to us. Luckily the bullet stopped inside the wall before going into our room. We also had to wait to leave so the crime scene can be cleared. Deputies suggested carrying a gun with us next time we visit. The front desk didnt seam to care there was a shoot...

Well, I had been there before, in a different room. It was very nice the first visit to the hotel. On this family trip, we had 2 rooms. The first one was nice, however the second room had broken towel racks, the bathroom wasn't completely prepared for new guests, and they wanted you to use the same towels over and over again The housekeeper didn't want to give us ex...

So, first room they gave me was still occupied by the other people. They gave me another room, of course, both on the third floor, we needed first floor for health reasons. And had reserved two double-beds, gave us a one bed. And was the smallest Queen if it was one, I ever saw. Because it was booked online they could not do anything and we overpaid for the room by $40...

We were passing thru Biloxi and needed a place to sleep for the night. We arrived later in the evening and departed by 6am the next morning, so we didn't get to see much of the property. However, from the Lobby to the interior of our Room was definitely clean and tidy. The water was hot and the pressure was great. The biggest kudos I have is when we were leaving around...

The staff were helpful but facility was less than impressive. There were a dozen little things that made it a 2 star. Being checked into someone else's dirty room (awkward), trash in hallway, the (non)breakfast area that boasted 24 hour coffee/hot chocolate not having hot chocolate. Plenty of local options, look around.

Good stay. The hotel reeked of smoke upon entering and the casino area should not be in the lobby, but as far as the room we stayed in, it was clean and comfortable. We only stayed overnight on our way to another destination, so that is all I can say.

It was nice for the money but when i rented I rented because they had a pool. I asked the first day four times for them to unlock the gate and they finnaly did after 4 pm by then it was too late for me to use same with all three days it was kept locked till after 3 and last day pool cleaner guy started at 3 and didn't finish till after five so i never did get to use th...

I always stay here once a year for a family get together because the rooms are great, staff is friendly, easy access to the beach but the main reason is that the price is much more reasonable than staying right on the beach as we always reserve 4 to 5 rooms...

I have no cons! All pros! The beds were extremely comfortable! Carpet was very clean and plush for a moderately priced hotel. The decor was pleasing! & the commons area relaxing and well appointed. Breakfast & coffee station very satisfying! Lastly the staff super nice

My room had ants in the bed, ink scrubbing on the top sheet, I step on a beer bottle cap with no shoes on, and water was left in my ice bucket. So they are not cleaning the rooms well at all. I paid for the room. It was not a freebie. No one from management called to say sorry about these inconveniences.

We were traveling thru Biloxi, and found a great price for the night! On our way back thru Biloxi, I wasn't so lucky on the price. It was Labor Day weekend and the price jumped 5-fold! Aside from that, our stay was pleasant. The campus was clean, the pool area was fantastic. We didn't get a chance to hit the Casino, so I don't know about it. The campus is close to seve...
