I ended up sleeping at the bus station one night as the bus to Durban had not arrived and experience the absolutely wonderful hospitality of the people of Bloemfontein.
The locals kept our spirits up and made sure we enjoyed our stay.
It's not called the friendly city for no reason! Bloem has incredibly friendly people and we were treated with great respect everywhere we went
Shopping I would say is very good there and the city has all you would find in your normal city like Pretoria or Johannesburg.
This is a great place to spend a day in while on your way to places like CT or other places.
its a very quiet place good for business & people are friendly you can get transport to get you around the area
This is not called Mangaung for nothing, but the name of the place symbolise the actions you expect to see.
So Bloemfontein will always be a rose to many people's hearts and it does not matter how far you come from. The reception of the city speak louder for itself.
