"La Carmela de Boracay is one of the affordable hotels in Boracay Island. It provides great customer service and excellent location which is in Station 2. The hotel is fully booked everyday (without knowing all the facts) whether high season or low season. Our room is always cleaned and housekeeping staffs are friendly and approachable. I hope you enjoy the excellent customer service and affordable amenities that this hotel has provided during our stay in Boracay. "

Henann Crystal Sands Resort
Station 1,Boracay Island - View on map
"Great beachfront location close to D’mall. Sky pool bar is a huge attraction and definitely is this hotels USP. Infinity pool gets the sun all day and provide the best spot to look at the sunset. John and his team as always know how to look after his guests and make sure you are fully juiced up giving no reason to leave the pool area. Typical Henann surroundings, amenities and hospitality which makes me come back every year to stay in their resorts. I have tried them all and this could well be my favourite Henann in Boracay. But... the breakfast was disappointing as less variety than others. No mango on offer, which is a must for any Philippine resort and the menu was made up of the strangest food combinations which simply doesn’t work. Please Henann... keep it simple, don’t be stingy with food options and Crystal Sands could be the only place to stay in Boracay. It’s easy to criticise when they have raised the bar so high with their other resorts. Saying that, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!! "

Henann Prime Beach Resort

"We stayed 7 days 3 hotels while we were in Boracay to experience 3 stations (areas). We. 1st we stayed in Henann Primier (station 1), Astoria (station 3), then Crown Regency (station 2). Here our reviews.. POSITIVE: - Airport transfer from Boracay airport to Hotel 550peso for both of us, cheap & must have! Because there are no taxi to get to Boracay. Hotel representative picked up us at exit of Boracay Airport, then transported us to catch a fast boat to Boracay Island, and arrived hotel 20min later. - The hotel representative picked up us at Crown regency in our last day in Boracay!, and transported us back to airport (included in 550 peso that we already paid) - Welcome drinks - Good attitude & always smile staffs - Clean & new - Nice pool access room! - Cost about 70peso to go station 2, to enjoy more shopping & food. NEGATIVE: - Overprice outdoor activities. Should book it at the beach, it is much cheaper. Such as Island Hopping 800p, Zip line/ Cable car 900p, Buggy Car 900p & Jet Ski 2000p. Note: There are no Taxi in Boracay, only have tricycle & e-tric. Very cheap, cost about 70peso to 100peso. Thank you Henann! "

"The new Henann hotel is probably the best Henann hotel in Boracay! The hotel is totally new, it looks amazing, the rooms are great, it’s right on the beautiful white beach and the stuff are very kind and helpful! The hotel manager Glenn is great and was always around to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommended for honeymoon or any visit in the island, we enjoyed every second :)"

Hue Hotels and Resorts Boracay Managed by HII
Station 3,Boracay Island - View on map
"It's a very-new, modern, posh as you can say compared to other hotels in Boracay with great amenities like the lounge, pool and gym. It's very clean and you really feel luxurious during your stay. Breakfast buffet is good. Staff's are over the top with their service to make sure you have a very memorable stay. Only downside really is the location, as it is on the main road, but that could be a plus for some guests, its only a few minutes away from the front beach anyway. Highly recommended!"

Red Coconut Hotel
Station 2,Boracay Island - View on map
"Despite the wide choice of various hotels all over the Boracay Island, we were pretty happy to choose Red Coconut. Thanks to its perfect location in the mid-part of the beach, we had access to everything we needed for our leisure: water activities, cafes, shops, etc. Our room was quite spacious and clean, with the room service being at a high level. All the hotel staff are very friendly and eager to help. The cuisine in the hotel restaurant is good, but there is a wide array of cafes and restaurants nearby catering to every taste. The hotel offers a great number of both water and land activities, with reasonable prices, though not always, but vendors soliciting right on the beach do not always offer a better bargain. Red Coconut is may be not the best option for a family with kids, as it is quite noisy in the evening, with young hotel guests spending their time in the hotel bar until late. But this could be true for any hotel in this area, as Boracay is known not only for its white beaches and crystal clear water, but also for its great night time. All in all, I would definitely recommend Red Coconut to my friends."

Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay
Barangay Yapak,Boracay Island - View on map
"We split our stay on Boracay between another establishment on station 2 and this one in order to experience both sides of the island. Station zero, as they have coined it, is a great place to stay unwind and relax after the hustle and bustle of station 2. They do have shuttles back and forth every hour and a half but we didn’t move from the hotel’s private beach for three days! It’s a very nice establishment with a variety of choices for meals. Better than most other places in the Philippines with regards to vegan/vegetarian options. Located in a very quiet area on the north end of the island next to two other fancy hotels, this allowed us have an even larger choice of restaurants once we had tried all of the items on their menu. They also have the best drinks we had in the Philippines and an all day happy hour! The staff were very professional helpful and sweet. Pickup and check in went really smoothly and They went above and beyond when we informed them it was as our honeymoon: they really made it extra special for us. Perhaps the only thing that was less than perfect there was the spa. My wife was really looking forward to it but it didn’t really inspire us."

7Stones Boracay
Bulabog Beach,Boracay Island - View on map
"It was an awesome resort hotel to stay in. Because I visited Boracay from Aug 20 to 23 during its rainy season in Philippines, the location of the hotel was better than the ones on the White Beach because the Bulabog beach had low waves and less winds. Also parasailing activities and scuba diving and etc. were all done on Bulabog beach that it was more helpful. The hotel had generally great service and breakfast. Because I stayed at a deluxe double suite which is the highest level of rooms at 7Stones, I was mostly satisfied with the interior, furniture, space and location of the room. Especially I loved the mattress of the bedroom. It was firm and comfort that I could have a deep sleep during the stay. However, just one thing I was surprised at the hotel was the fact that I found a huge cockroach in the bathroom once. It was not running around but it was standing on the wall of the bathroom faucet area. It was disgusting to look at but I didn't want to make a hassle to chase it around in the early morning so I left it as it was, and later it disappeared somewhere. I didn't mention this complaint to the hotel while I stayed so I am not sure if the staff is aware of this problem. I am sure the hotel is managed as clean as possible always but I think prevention of insect propagation is the issue of the hotel. Otherwise, overall I would definitely like to recommend this hotel to my friends who visit Boracay. PS The wi-fi internet didnt work very well in bedroom area. It was only strong in living room area for me. I hope this service can also be improved later."

More about Boracay Island

Located two kilometers off Panay Island in the Philippines, Boracay Island is a rather small piece of land, but it offers big opportunities for leisure travelers seeking a genuinely tranquil escape to paradise. Four miles long and half a mile wide, this gem boasts some of the world’s best beaches.

Of all the sandy sanctuaries, White Beach attracts the most visitors. Its geographic location creates a very attractive environment highlighted by the still, clear waters of the ocean. Across the island is Bulabog Beach, an area more popular for its windsurfing and kiteboarding. Several other beaches are also offering up their tropical and relaxed atmosphere. Chartered boats can take visitors to visit secluded coves and beaches, and snorkeling and diving are top activities.

Several Boracay Island hotels can be reached within a short walk from Boat Station 1 and Boat Station 2. The city’s Beachfront Path also offers a wide selection of resorts and hotels. Caticlan Airport is an important hub for tourists from Manila, and it’s only a few minutes’ walk or tricycle ride to the pier.
