"So, in a 4 star hotel you would expect to be treated like a guest. I was there with a group of 10 friends during the Covid-19 period (restaurants closed, except for those of the hotels). In the first day half of us had a nice dinner on the Panorama Restaurant of the hotel and the other half on the buffet. Given the fact that the buffet was not so good (according to our friends) we decided to eat each dinner at the Panorama restaurant. On Friday evening we went there but the waiter explained that it s no way to eat there cause the manager of the hotel/owner will have a dinner party there and they want to be alone (like 10 people in a 50 seats restaurant). Anyway, we thanked for the info and made a reservation for Saturday night, a table for 10. Arriving there on Saturday they said to us that they don't care that we have a reservation because the manager/owner of the hotel wants to have another dinner party. They didn't even bothered to announce us during the day that our reservation was canceled by the owner. They didn't even said they are sorry or tried to give us a solution like where to eat. Awful, awful staff, especially the lady manager of the hotel and the owner himself. "

"The hotel is located far from facilities and too far (IMHO) to walk - also the road is dark and icy. Breakfast was a poor selection - we didn't even bother with the evening meal preferring to eat out side. I would rather stay close to bars/ restaurants than out in trees."
