"All 5-stars for me! The staff were very accommodating even though I had 2 big dogs with me (my two huskies). I booked the deluxe room because I brought a friend with me to help with my dogs and to my surprise the room was huge!! 2 double beds, a sala set, and a round dining table, wow! My dogs loved the beach! No debris that could harm them in any way, clean & fine sand, and even though under the blazing sun the sand remains cool to the touch (I wasn't wearing slippers) Will definitely come back one of these days for a longer stay. "We booked 5 deluxe rooms and 2 couple rooms. The deluxe rooms were fairly new, big and had big bathrooms. We requested to be roomed close to each other and they obliged. They even upgraded one room to a suite which was at the corner of our row and they did not charge us for it. The shore is very close to the front of the resort which was good. The pool was big and clean. The broken tile at the landing of the pool though needs to be fixed as it caused minor injuries to two of my family members. On the down side, the male manager was rude and could do with a little more courtesy. They were supposed to clean the rooms and change the sheets daily which they did not do for the duration of the 3 days/2 nights we were there. Perhaps they will if you ask them to do it. Stay clear of couple room #'s 13 and 14. Room 13 has an air conditioning problem and room 14's bathroom drain is clogged. Bring your own food because the restaurant has limited choices and is quite expensive. Karaoke users are only allowed until 10pm but the guard may have not imposed this rule because some guests had theirs on until 1am. They can also implement a rule about the use of karaoke in the morning because our neighbors had it on again at 7am while our kids were still sleeping. Even with a few minor glitches, I will still recommend this resort. "
