"Dirty towels left in bathroom upon arrival. No free wifi. Room service did not thoroughly clean room, only pulled the covers over the bed (did not remake bed), only replaced towels. Deadbolt did not completely lock."

" We stayed in the deluxe villa with fireplace. Beautiful place with two fireplaces and full kitchen. The only bad thing is the mattress is really hard, like sleeping on a rock. "

"Awesome place, great food and room. Best sunsets in Missouri. Felt rushed by front desk person at the spa. Steam room and sauna were shutoff 30 minutes before closing so I was not able to use them. For the $ we spent we felt the facilities should be available until closing. "
