Best hotels & accommodations in Buriram

Pretty new hotel next to the Buriram United football stadium. Hotel is in as-new condition. The hotel is full of Buriram United branding. The room was spacious, very clean with good bed. Nice bathroom with a large shower. There's also a nice pool if you like to cool down a little. The restaurant is very good as well; We've eaten there a few times only when we were mor...

Absolutely a great hotel in Buriram, newly built and very clean & modern. my only suggestion to management: As the hotel has such high standard , i was however a little disappointed by breakfast selection from a western perspective (croissant/cereal...). But this is definitely my "home away from home" in Buriram.

This is the best hotel in Buriram. Yes, it's better than the Amari which I have also stayed at. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms are very nice. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent and goes on till 2pm. The quality of the food was also better than what I experienced at the Amari Buriram which was also good ...

Location perfect, staff always smiling and very helpful, facilities are top class from gym to swimming pool, great place for adults and kids to chill especially the pool features which is a must to keep kids amused, the breakfast is above standard and food is really good (Thai and Farang) did not have to eat outside as food that good, the owner William is very friendly...

This hotel is only 6 months old and the design and construction has been well thought out and executed. The 2 storey hotel is located on a main road but the accommodation part of the complex is set well back from the road so no traffic noise is heard. At the front of the hotel is substantial car parking (both undercover and open) and then the reception part of the hote...

The room was great for the price, and the cleaning staff was friendly and thorough. It was kind of trying for me as a foreigner unable to speak Thai. The hotel itself served no food, so I had to fend for myself. That involved walking about 600 meters to the nearest 7-11 and even farther to find a cafe that had a cafe with pictures on the wall, so I could point to somet...

We came to Buriram for a football weekend and Thada Château is very handy for Thunder Castle. The hotel is small but it's attractive having been built in a European style, including a windmill. The pool in the photo has an adult section and a children's section and that is convenient. Our room was a family suite and that was a good size with bedroom, living room and...

Great little hotel in Buriram. Staff are very well trained and speak excellent English, rooms clean and tidy, swimming is massive and clean. There is also a well equipped gym with machines and free weights. Breakfast was basic, but enough to fill you up. My only slight complaint is they should provide a kettle in the room to make a coffee or tea in the morning.

The Hop Inn chain is amazing, and the Buriram hotel a carbon copy of all the others I have stayed in. The hotel is new, rooms basic but with good comfortable furniture, clean, and very good shower room facilities. There is even a small balcony, where the air con unit is, which doubles as a smoking area, if you really can't wait! No in room drinks making facilities, but...

This is by far the best hotel in Prakhon Chai, possibly the best in Buriram and maybe even in the entire Issan region. Very nice rooms, staff are great (even with many lacking English skills, but that is to be expected in Issan). Breakfast was very good, dinner was a bit less, the Issan franchise restaurant in front of the hotel is actually a better option. Great locat...

Buriram couldnt handle the MotoGP influx, and so no town accomodation left.. I thank Liam and team in all honesty, to accomodate around 500 people camping that weekend.. whereas there would have been no other place to go.. A few issues.. shower and toilets need to handle the peak periods next year a bit better.. looking at toilet blockages while brushing your teeth w...

I have stayed at 5 different hotels in Buriram and this is my favorite. Great value at 900 to 1000 bhat a night. New building and above average build quality for Thailand. You must have a car if you will stay here. Only negative is you might have trouble finding it if you don't use google maps and the pillows are way too hard.

This is the best hotel in Buriram I stayed. It is located in a good location to go anywhere by car or bike. Good design and clean room had a excellent time with no noisy guests nearby. The staff provided very good service with a good smile and greetings. Breakfast was nice and tasty more than price. I would like to stay here again next time.

What a super little budget hotel right in the middle of Buriram City. Only 5 minutes walk from the bus station where there are all the different types of taxis to take you to wherever, and near to the bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were as they appear in the website photos, clean, spacious, good lighting and a nice shower room/toilet. T...

The hotel is nicer than the photos show, we booked for one night and stayed for four, if we didn’t have pressing travel plans I would have stayed much longer. I have recently stayed in several Buriram Hotels, there are cheaper ones but for the relatively small extra cost it well worth it. The Proprietor is Dutch bringing western standards to Asian spice and hospitality...

I stayed here with my girlfriend who lives in Buriram, we initially booked for 10 nights but stayed an extra 3. Staff are awesome and only too willing to help. The room was serviced everyday to an exceptionally high standard. The location is very good being close to bus depot a short taxi ride to train and airport. Markets are close and handy 24 hour 7/11 just a stroll...

The hotel is old they have just opened a new one just a minuets walk away, called awarez I think and is much more modern and better as we had to take breakfast there, I looked it up and only 100 baht more per night wish I had known before. But the the thepnakorn hotel was clean and staff was excellent with the little English they knew, I would stay again if no rooms at...

I stayed at the Phanomrungpuri Hotel a few weeks after it opened in February 2011. Only the lower two floors were opened at this time however all other facilities were functioning but there were very few guests. The hotel has an imposing entrance within a large garden area and plenty of secure parking for guest’s cars. There is an outdoor swimming pool adjacent to a sm...

Located near the Buriram F.C. complex and racing circuit so expect noise from both if there are events at either venue. A variety of rooms available at the resort and hotel. The grounds are extensive measuring almost a half kilometre from the entrance to the far boundary. Swimming pools are excellent and well maintained. That said, the resort side wooden pool furnitu...

I had booked Executive suite and Junior Suite, and both are large with clean bathrooms. I was called away for business on first night but my travel companions that stayed on were impressed with the service and room quality. The Venue is approx 50kms out of Buriram in Nan Rong. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and plenty of petrol stations to fill car. I didnt stay...

Great location especially for the stadium and race track, but own transport is essential. Small kitchen means a quick trip to the supermarket and you're sorted. There's also a Thai food restaurant right outside and even a coffee shop that's open in the day time. Very nice.

I am a solo female traveller and decided to go to the World Superbikes held in Buriram. The hotel provided transport to and from the racetrack for a small fee (around £5 per day, they would also take you into the town if you wanted to go out in the evenings for the bars and restaurants as well as to the local tourist attractions i.e. temples as it is not quite centr...

This was our second attempt at getting to this resort - we were caught in the floods in NE Thailand the first time, but the owner honored our booking, even though it was non-transferable. We used it as a base to explore the Khymer temples south of Buriram. The room was comfortable and clean, with tea and coffee, and a hot breakfast. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The...

For travelers who choose to check out Buriram (and its closest shopping malls or any tourist sites within the town, this is the best hostel for you. It's a minute or two from Buriram train station. Restaurants or any places to eat, it's just takes few minutes walk only from the hostel. You can take sungtew (pink public vehicle) also if you want to go some places within ...

We chose the hotel for it's proximity to I-Mobile stadium, however it is also convenient for the many of the places and shops a tourist might want to visit. The resort is down a longish drive and therefore fairly secluded and well away from all noise. Seam-less check-in, helpful staff and lots of car parking. The rooms although very similar in design to other resorts i...

P California is one of the best budget guesthouse I've stayed at in Thailand, and I've been visiting the country regularly for many years. The owners are friendly, helpful and happy to offer advice and assistance so that you can make the most of your stay in Nang Rong. For my solo trip out to Phanom Rung on a motorbike (which was in great condition), the owner gave me ...

Good place. Good price. Close to the bus station. I decided to stay a couple more nights and the price went up slightly. i found out this is common practice for the local hotels in Buriram when a local football match is on. I was given coupons for the buffet breakfast in the hotel opposite. I would definitely stay here again.

very hard to find with the map on the web site, as it's not in nong rong but in buriram. saying that it's right next to buriram big c, so now you know that it's easy. the place it's self is like a 1950's uk holiday camp thats not been painted!!!. for a stop over for the north it's ok but would not want to sleep more than 6hrs in there. it's used as a short time place ...

Agoda.nl says the hotel was built 2006. If that is the case, then someone must have stolen all of the interior and replaced it with something much older. For the price we paid (700 baht) the quality is oke (not exceptional). Bathroom definitely NOT clean.

We stayed in Rainbow Hill hotel as a stop over before exploring the Phanom Rung national park, I'm assuming this is the main use of the hotel. It is a small hotel, with only a dozen rooms, but it is very nicely presented and in a peaceful setting offering lovely views over the farming fields. The value for money cannot be beaten in this hotel, I've never experienced ...

Very nice little hotel in a central position in Buriram, the up-and-coming "capital" of NE Thailand. Rooms a good size, bed comfortable, clean, daily room service, and friendly staff. Near to bars, restaurants and the bus station. I would recommend.

The room was great for the price, and the cleaning staff was friendly and thorough. It was kind of trying for me as a foreigner unable to speak Thai. The hotel itself served no food, so I had to fend for myself. The hotel is central Nang rong and is fully renovated. Its located between two soi and has parking at the rear. Individual rooms located at the back. Three levels at the front. Stairs are ok. Decor is clean and fresh. Rooms are reasonable sized rooms and the bathroom wet room is really modern and new. No in room fridge. Ac and wifi are excellent. No brea...

There is more affordable hotel in Buriram with the same standard. The power to the water heater will turn off after about 3-4 minutes in the shower. Then you have to wait about 5 minutes before getting hot water in the shower again. However, the aircon was very quiet and good.

A really nice relatively new hotel but some distance out of Buriram Town. Transport is essential! Nice and quiet although on the weekends the swimming pool is inundated by kids from surrounding villages. Not great if you want to chill by the pool with a drink and book. Breakfast is ordered from a menu and is OK. It was surprising (and well received) that reception was ...

Very good and Nice Place; I recommand to everyone how is thinking to travel to Nangrong? Very friendly Staff and helpfoul; The only problem is the Bad location of the PloyHotel Signs? It was a bit hard to find at first Apart fgrom all one of the best Hotels i have ever seen?

The hotel is in a good location for an easy drive to the Buri Ram International Racing Circuit which is why we were up here. You need transport if you are staying here as there is nothing within walking distance around the hotel. The room we stayed in was spotless and a good size, bathroom also was good with hot water in the large shower. The beds were a good size and ...

The check in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were very clean and the water pressure was excellent. My favorite part of our stay was the excellent breakfast. The many food items, consisting of rice porridge, fried rice, fried eggs, vegetable stir fry, Red curry, coffee, juice, toast, jams, and butter really allow the traveler to leave well fed ...

New hotel located directly next to the Buriram football stadium and race track. Nice clean rooms. Excellent well equipped gym and big swimming pool. Manager is very helpful and friendly and the staff performed excellent. Would be nice if the breakfast was included with the room rate.
Traveler impressions of Buriram
Next time I go there I taking my Motorbike or car, the two days I was there I hardy saw anyone walking the streets Maybe to hot & places are far from between to get to, I even could find BigC shopping center.
Phanom Rung is worth going to, but it's not close to the city center, so you better find a taxi or private van.
Great night market and early morning market. I come here so that my wife can visit her family, but in all honesty, there is not much I find appealing about the place.
This is simple and quiet city only mean for F1 and soccer. When not in season, this city is very quiet.
This is simple and quiet city only mean for F1 and soccer. When not in season, this city is very quiet.
Jump on expat web site for hiring a vehicle, or just use cabs, unlike Bangkok, Pattaya, Pattong and Kohn Samui you won't get ripped off.
We stayed at the Amari which is kind of hard to find. The traffic system is different from USA so be aware if you're driving.
Finns mycket att se när de gäller kultur, historia,Buddha ex.eller man ta bus och åker ut.åker bus är billig.
Buriram is a small provincial city, but has enough going on to entertain tourist for a few days, there are plenty of bars and restaurants around Romburi road that cater for foreigners and locals alike, the surrounding country side and villages are definitely worth checking out and give you a sense of real Thai life and culture, I hired a car and drove to Phanom Rung National Park, which boasts ancient temples and beautiful scenery, a must see if you are in the area.
There isn't much to see or do in Buriram. The main attraction in the area are the Khmer temples about 65km away.
Buriram eignet sich bestenfalls als Zwischenstation zu den zahlreichen Tempelanlagen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung.
Several local parks are worth visiting. Khao Kradong Forest Park just outside the city on a high elevation (265mt) has excellent views of Buriram city with a large Budda at the top.
Buriram is a growing town, has great shopping in Big C, Markro and a great football club, the town has a number of shops, several markets one the night market and one the morning market are especially great for shopping, food and clothes at great prices.

Fortune Buriram Hotel is situated a little way outside the centre of town along one of the main highways, close to Big C. Despite it's slightly inconvenient location the hotel is very good in most other ways and it's hard to find any faults. The rooms are a good size with modern facilities and comfortable beds. The bathroom is also nicely equipped with a spacious showe...

Just moved from another not so pleasant hotel. We were all surprised of this excellent place in the middle of Buriram. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and new and the environment is very peaceful despite it is inside of a very busy part of the city. We would recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Buriram.

New hotel at excellent prices Nang Rong is close to the ancient Kmer temple complex of Phanom, Rung - a definite must-see. SoCool Hotel has a large pool, an excellent gym, well used by locals, and an adequate restaurant. Only one bad point: the bathroom in our ground floor room smelled slightly of drains. Management were told, and promised to address the problem.

the jintana seemed like a more up market hotel compared to whats available in buriram. mainly because it is fairly new.the panorama was a bungalow type cement structure set around a big pond giving that resort feel.infact all the different types of rooms are all located around the pond. although the panorama was a little smaller than expected, its greatest features ...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lemon Resort and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in a good location on the main road into Buriram. Room was large nice bath room. As always in a Thai hotel, the breakfast was awful cold coffee, eggs been cooked for 2 hours, self-service out of unheated Bain Maries, even the Thai food was cold. I would look elsewhere as many Hotels in Buriram, but I stayed New Years eve all the other hotels were booked...

Pros: 1) The resort situated in the city, but you need a car to move around if explore the city (Understand that this resort is about 3-4yrs old). More about Buriram
This small city has a very significant place in regional history, dating back to pre-historic ruins from the Dvaravati period, as well as being home to several sandstone sanctuaries that date back to the ancient Khmer period. For those so-inclined, the Buriram Northeast Culture Center is a great place to start studying the many artifacts and archaeological objects that are collected there, alongside many pieces of folk art.
The natural beauty of this whole region can’t be denied, and can be easily seen at places such as the Khao Kradong Forest Park, which is home to a now-extinct volcano. At the top of the volcano is the large statue of Buddha that’s often seen on postcards of the city, and people often use this site as a place to relax.
