"I come to Vancouver about 5 times a year for meetings. Although I may be required to stay at other properties depending on the location/nature of the visit, when I get to book hotel myself, the Hilton is always my first choice. For me it is the best example of the increase in quality that one can get for a bit more money per night. The rooms are modern and clean. Metrotown Mall is close by if my family comes with me. There is an Earl's restaurant within walking distance, as well as a Subway (sandwiches), a liquor store and a grocery store. This is a property you can book with confidence."

"It was a wonderful stay in the hotel! My room was at level 12, hence it's quiet. The guy at the concierge (Ricardo) gave me a very good impression to the service of the hotel. The hotel even sent desert to my room on my last night of stay! The only downside of the room is that their air conditioner is make quite a noise, especially its auto-on/off function may give you a fright in the middle of night. Luckily i was not a light sleeper and was also exhausted by the work. Overall it's a great hotel to stay especially if you have much interest in casino. "

"It was satisfactory. The hotel is a family run business out of the ground floor of a large, new home. The ambiance is much more akin to a small hostel. If this is what the traveller is looking for then it is an excellent option. It has a kitchen with fridge and eating area. Clean and roomy. Two rooms have a shared bath. Bathroom noises are evident but not excessive. I was not sure if the bedding was changed as there was no top sheet, but instead a clean comforter. I just don't know if its cover was washed before each guest. The people who own the hotel are very friendly. They are making a good effort to provide good accomodation for tired travellers "
