Location is perfect, amazing seeview from the room. But hotel needs massive renovation, it is definitely not 4 star property, maximum 2 star. Room was not clean, dust under the beds throuhout our stay. Brakfast poor.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from one end of Rua das Pedras. So it's close enough, but also far enough to be quiet at night. It has a nice swimming pool that was good to come back to after a day at the beach. The breakfast spread was good as well. Overall, a thumbs up.
