We stayed here for 5 nights and loved the rainforest setting. The beautiful surroundings enabled us to relax and enjoy the serenity of Byron bay. The facilities were amazing. The staff were great and very responsive especially when by the pool. Loved everyone here especially the complimentary yoga - can't recommend highly enough. Close to the beach as well and a 30 min...

We booked this venue for 3 nights.. its very close to a stunning if unparalleled beach which allows users to feel so in paradise while being 15mins walk on the beach to Byron town. Great space inside 2 bedrooms suitable for a small family.. good kitchen and patio with outdoor bbq. Stayed in poolside villa.. will definitely be back

Excellent loaction, comfortable rooms, great prices. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Lots of car parking. The sauna, Spa and pool are awesome and made my stay even more enjoyable. Lord Byron is perfectly located and is close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The bed is comfortable and for me the room ticked all the boxes as far a business accomodation is co...

We stayed here overnight whilst at Byron Bay. It is not five star but then you are not paying five star prices. It was perfectly good for what we needed. A good location for down town. We did not use any of the facilities so I cannot comment on them.

Noise between rooms was quite loud, if you're going to rest and relax this is maybe not the right place to stay HOWEVER this was the best value for money accommodation in Byron Bay. Rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels and bin liners. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it.

I came here with my partner and it was really good value for money. We had such a great time here, the hotel was so close to everything so we didn’t need to use our car at all. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room looks a lot better than what we were expecting so it was a lovely stay. Only improvement could have been a full length mirror. Thank you and w...

Not sure how I feel about the iPads and revamping the reception to look hi tech... this is my 3rd stay at the Arts Factory and the aesthetic has always been a hippy haven. But no matter how many iPads they install through out the hostel you still get the douchebag playing oasis on the guitar til 2am. Doesn’t matter what happens to this place it’s the only place worth ...

The manager was extremely helpful and gave us great tips on where to go and eat while in Byron Bay. Our room was stunning (we had the Dragonfly rest) and the outdoor bathroom is an oasis with a great outdoor shower and bath tub. You can also rent bicycles for the day which makes it easy to get around the area.

I loved my stay at the Atlantic Byron Bay. The amenities were great and the staff very friendly and helpful. I wanted a place that was central and I could walk easily to the beach or shops - I was thrilled with the location. The part I was most hesitant about was the shared spaces - but I needn't have been. I found myself relaxing on a lounge with my laptop quite ha...

We just made a huge trip along the Australian east coast, staying in about 20 different places, and this was definitely one of the best rooms we experienced. We had an ensuite, a little fridge, and all the standard things you expect to be included in hotels, like towels and free soaps. Everything in Byron Bay was within easy walking distance, and it's such a cool town ...

Lovely one night's stay at Cavvanbah. Beautiful, and well thought out interiors. Gracious and friendly hosts. Delightful breakfast in your room (home made granola, warm and freshly baked muffins!), which we had on our own private patio. Beds were as good as a 5* hotel, fabulous and luxurious linens. On a nice quiet street but only a stone's throw away from the famous B...

A great spot to base yourself in town, if visiting Byron Bay. The apartments have everything you need and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's walking distance to Cape Byron too! The only negative for me was the lack of insulation between apartments - I could hear a lot of noise from upstairs and people walking past our bathroom (from the outside). None...

We are a young family with a 4 months babygirl and stayed at the property for 4 no nights. This was our favourite place of in Australia of all the places we chose for accommodation across our 1 month trip here. The property is just the right size and is a very quiet and relaxing place. We stayed in one of the cottages, just outsite the pool and bbq area. The cottage...

The hostel is nice you can buy food in the hostel so this is really nice. There is a pool and access to the beach. The staff is nice and pick you up from grey hound bus stop They organisé event at night and also drive you I still think that Aquarius in Byron bay is nicer and with free dinner so check that ;)

we found the managers of the bay hotel to be extremely courteous and friendly. they all so were very helpful in supplying information on what to do and see in byron bay.the location of the hotel was perfect and it was clean and tidy.we would certainely stay there again.

at the end of an unsealed, quiet road is planula a 'natural' family friendly resort set amid acres of native bushland. the owners provide a warm welcome almost as if you're guests at their own home - which in a way you are as they live next door. rooms are set in an old timber house, with a large central kitchen and balcony area providing facilities for cooking and tea...

great location with few blocks away from the main street and restaurants. clean and cozy room with all we need except the stove but it's a motel, so what would you expect. it's already fantastic to have a toaster and chopping board and lots of kitchen ware. oh, just though of one thing, if there could be a ventilation fan in the bathroom, it would be best. would s...

This is a great hostel and located very close to the main beach. The town is very small and it is in a perfect spot for walking to all of the shops and restaurants. The bathrooms and showers are shared amongst all of the guests and they were ve...

The two bedroom Superior Villa was perfect for our two night stay in Byron Bay. Beautifully finished and stylish with cool tiled floors and two bathrooms. A large lounge area and a 6 seater dining table gave the place a nice feel. Some artwork on the walls would have made a nice finishing touch.

This motel is only small, so no pool or fancy features, but it is in a fantastic spot and is very clean. Beds were very comfortable and room was of a great size and very clean. Rather over priced for what it was, but that is Byron Bay! Staff was very friendly and nice also.

I stayed here for 5 nights and we were really happy with our choice. It's extremely well situated to the beach, cafes, shops, nature walks, park, etc, etc. Everything is so close and convenient. Facilities are modern and very well maintained - I couldn't speak high enough of the staff that do the cleaning, and really just the staff at this hotel in general. Very nice...

My friend and I stayed there for a week. The staff is lovely. We stayed in the 4 beds dorm with brand new private bathroom. Comfortable bed with plug, light and curtains. The location is next to an organic shop and Woolworth, also 10 min from th...

We had a wonderful stay, it Had everything we needed and was a quiet place on the rainy days. The roadhouse cafe had great coffee and within 1 km the general store had awesome breaky. The best part was it wasnt far to town, and the beach was only 10 mins away . Definitely recommend this place, loved it.

When I saw the post on Agoda I nearly thought it was too good to be true...good news is it was true! Excellent value for money studio nestled in the hills. Well furnished and with a gloriously comfortable bed. Only a short drive to Byron, Ballina, Bangalow or wherever around the area you want to be. Equally, it’s just as nice relaxing on the front porch! Hosts are v...

Brand new cabins, in the middle of town with super comfy beds, and everything you need for the perfect Byron Stay. Staff were helpful and friendly when checking in and appreciated the small touches like tea and coffee facilities in room and nice smelling toiletries. Highly recommended!

We stayed 2 nights at this motel and everything was wonderful. We had no idea Suffolk Park was so tropical with the best beach in Byron Bay! The hotel/motel complex includes the motel with lovely pool, the open-sided hotel/pub/restaurant next door, and across the carpark a delish bakery, pizza restaurant, cafe, fish n chips, etc. This is a very popular spot for locals...

To be honest I don't know why this place is in Agoda. On arrival we went to what we thought was reception, just to find out it wasn't part of the complex with the woman rudely saying "you're staying at some random guy's house who rents his place out." If I had more time, I would have researched this place more. My friend and I were literally crammed in a twin room in...

My wife and I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it. The room/private villa was clean and very comfortable and had everything needed. The management/owners were very friendly and accommodating they couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. If we go back to Byron bay we will be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Haven Lodge Guesthouse. We stayed in a Garden Suite and the room was perfection - modern with a touch of Byron. We cannot thank Jade enough for her hospitality and kindness. We booked our room very late in the evening and despite the time (midnight) Jade still went above and beyond for us. Do yourself and favour and book a room at this pr...

Really enjoyed our stay here over the Christmas period, we were greeted by a very friendly host who went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as posssible! Stay very comfortable and relaxed. Key pick up very close to unit so didn't have to drag suitcases. Central to everything short walk to beach. Only need to bring beach towel as everything supplied. Games. DVDs CDs fill kitchen equipment. Washer dryer. Ceiling fans only. Only disappointment was couldn't use BBQ ad in need of repair

Well... you may be want a clean bed and good night sleep... Than is this your stop ! We were asked upfront how we would like our beds placed ( 2 seperate of 1 big bed ) so the communication is great, the bed is great, we were shocked to find ear-plugs next to our bed... "What ?? Are we sleeping next to a nightclub ? Big party in the garden ?" but nothing happened, it w...

I really want to say terrible things here so no one else books this place! It was absolutely wonderful. The studio is self contained and separate to the main house. The front veranda, with its table and chairs and sun bed, is lovely to relax on. The gardens are wonderful, making the studio very private and you feel like you are in a cool tropical paradise. The studio i...

We enjoyed our stay at the Wollongbar Motel on the long weekend. The rooms were neat and tidy and looked freshly painted. The room was warm and comfy. Absolutely fantastic. Rain Forest type of accommodation and a short stroll to Belongil Beach. Only a short drive to Byron Bay Centre. Had a very nice stay here. It was very comfortable, beautiful, and I truly felt like I was "home" but at Byron Bay...a very short walk right to the middle of town, but just a block removed and it feels quaint. Aesthetically it's relaxing and the back patio area is perfect for having your breakfast, getting some work done, or just relaxing. All in all this is a great lo...

We were greeted so nicely by the onsite owners which set the tone for our 6 day break. We didn't require anything further from them however it would not have been any trouble if we needed assistance. I had no issues with the stay here although this Hotel is well overpriced for what is on offer. The two selling points are the location and the pool. When paying such a high rate for what is sold as a Beach "Resort" one would expect a few luxuries but there were none. No breakfast, no gym, no additional tourist info available - maybe a few suggestions but no intenti...

Really enjoyed our second stay at Byron Lakeside. Pleased with our upstairs one-bedroom apartment.....very clean and roomy. The pool and surrounds is lovely and provides plenty of room for families. The complex is kept neat and tidy and presents well. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely be staying at the Byron Lakeside again.

We had a beautiful 3 night up in Byron. The location is perfect as you can just walk into Byron and don't have to worry about a car once your there. The house is modern with a large living/dining/kitchen. Great outdoor area for a BBQ and 2 very large bedrooms upstairs. Its a little bit pricey but everything is in Byron if you don't want to be in a hotel

Loved Byron Bathers. Great location, lovely ambience. Pool and alfresco area was delightful. Only 10 minute walk to beach and right in the middle of town. Brekky was nice. Cereal and plentiful fresh fruit available. Tea and coffees always available. Had a shelf in the fridge to ourselves.

Great location just a few blocks away from restaurants and shops, but still very quiet. It’s a little oasis of luxury. We arrived quite late as drove down from Brisbane and didn’t realise there was a time change, but Jack was very accommodating and patient waiting for our arrival. We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the “Beach Shack” Byron Bay. Thankyou to Veronica (the owner) for the warm welcome and great hospitality. The boutique apartments are private, comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of a great healthy breakfast each morning which can be eaten in, or out by the pool. It is also in a great central location, just minutes walk from t...

We stayed in the Forest Retreat cottage which was perfect and private for us. Located near the Macadamia orchid, it has stunning views over the valley and a wonderful double spa looking into the field. It's private and separate from the main retreat and has great spaces for watching the sunset, having picnics under the big fig trees and wandering the beautiful propert...

It was too brief. Abelia House is tranquil and a perfect rest spot when visiting Byron. The old world charm and friendliness of the place welcomes you immediately. I have stayed in many place last in Byron Bay, yet Abelia is the first one that has been so homely. And the personal service was excellent. The welcome and 'check-in' would be perfect for first-timers or cou...

Located in a gravel lane, extremely dark, need a torch to walk to town through dodgy area. Markets were on, lots of traffic, difficult to park. Room needs block out curtains, can see people in adjoining back yard. TV awkward, on stand in cupboard, have to wheel it out, plug in cables & set it up yourself. After all that, it actually didn't work & was stuck on 1 channel...

THE STAY WAS GREAT, WE HAD A LOVELY FEW NIGHTS THERE FOR A MINIMOON. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT AT THE TIME; NEXT DOOR WERE BUILDING AND WAS A BIT NOISY IN THE EARLY MORNING - AND THEY COULD SEE INTO THE VILLA, ESP THE OUTDOOR SHOWER WHICH BEING THE ONLY SHOWER MADE IT A BIT UNCOMFORTABLE TO HAVE A RELAXING SHOWER... IT WOULD BE GREAT IF THEY HAD SOME SORT OF ROOM/FOOD...

I got engaged while in Byron Bay, coming back to this amazing place was the best ever. Staff were so helpful with Flowers and giving me details of alcohol to be delivered. They also kept a secret in case I did not find the right time to ask at the lighthouse. I could have very easily asked her at Shambhala. Green, beautiful and great Sauna/Steam & Spas. There is no foo...

Amazing location, far from the crowd, walking distance from the light house and 10 m from the beach. The appartment was well orgamized, fully equipped and nicely decorated. However, the car park was very narrow and I just received the instructions from the keys an hour before the check-in time. The flat offers a rare direct view to the sea, will definitely come back!...

Fantastic holiday destination for families, couples or groups. Would recommend for a weekend away or an extended stay.
byron is a great place to go for a relaxing holiday... the people of byron are laidback and friendly!
Byron has a unique positive and peaceful vibe. Great place to go when you need a break for a busy life in the city.
It is a small town with a nice beach and a lighthouse, I don't think a lot of other activities are going on since we did not have time to explore but maybe the natural parks nearby might be worth paying a visit as well.
Wonderful place where you can spend quality time with the best company! the town center was great, bustling with people and surrounded by great ocean views everywhere.
Great place during day, nice surf, amazing wildlife but at night does not feel safe! Full of boozy groups of guys!!
A Very friendly and inviting area I only stayed mainly near the town centre as I was attending a wedding up in the hills, the drive there was beauriful
Byron Bay is a very beautiful and picturesque with fantastic beaches. The town is easy to get around with shops and restaruants located along the main street.
Byron bay has many good bars and has a very fun night life. One thing I was surprised is restaruants close very early at around 9pm
There are a wide range of people at byron bay and its very much a tourist beach area. There are many night clubs to choose from if you're into that sort of thing.
Byron Bay has wonderful beaches and the Lighthouse Walk is a must; the view at the top is superb and makes you breathless.
Great town on the east coast of Australia, Amazing surf right in front of town and many other location near by, BBQ for public use, Really artsy cool community with a really authentic vibe, I want to visit again in the future if i can
Great beaches and the hinterland is very pretty. There are fees for entry and parking in National Parks and reserves.
A great place to visit & stay. An iconic area of the coastal region with great sites & a lively town.
There's a large 'bohemian' culture in Byron Bay; a lot of people who exist courtesy of Australian taxpayers, who enjoy growing their own pastimes and generally contributing very little to anything at all.
Its a very nice laid back beach style town that also has everything required.Top location with easy access for everyone.
We really like Byron Bay, loads to do during the day with plenty of places in the evening. Not the most friendly place, but the beach is so amazing it more than make up for it.
It was a great place to visit and I thought the locals were extremely friendly and helpful. At night there was always something going on at the beach (DJ, band, music)
Byron is a great little place to visit! Totally 'hippy' vibe - the place is really laid back and friendly.
Loved the relaxed feel of Byron Bay, enjoyed the Sturday evening artisan market. the walk up to the lighthouse was a hi-light and well worth the effort.
Byron Bay is a beautiful sea side place. The beaches are clean, and the pubs are great. It has all you need on the main town centre, so not far to walk around.
Its the one place I can visit and instantly feel I am on holidays. From the palm lined main street to the relaxed vibe and friendly locals.
Byron Bay is a beautiful place. the only problem we found with it while we were there was the roads which were at the time 90% pot holes.
