"We stayed here overnight whilst at Byron Bay. It is not five star but then you are not paying five star prices. It was perfectly good for what we needed. A good location for down town. We did not use any of the facilities so I cannot comment on them."

"Noise between rooms was quite loud, if you're going to rest and relax this is maybe not the right place to stay HOWEVER this was the best value for money accommodation in Byron Bay. Rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels and bin liners. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it."

"Not sure how I feel about the iPads and revamping the reception to look hi tech... this is my 3rd stay at the Arts Factory and the aesthetic has always been a hippy haven. But no matter how many iPads they install through out the hostel you still get the douchebag playing oasis on the guitar til 2am. Doesn’t matter what happens to this place it’s the only place worth staying for the Byron Bay experience. "

"We were greeted so nicely by the onsite owners which set the tone for our 6 day break. We didn't require anything further from them however it would not have been any trouble if we needed assistance. The apartments are very neat, clean and a very good size for the price and location in Byron Bay. There is pay tv, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and full size fridge in the apartments. We had 2 x 1 bedroom apartments with a good size balcony, outdoor table and lounges and a clothes line. We can only say that our apartment #13 was a bit dark and we needed the lights on most of the time however #15 was very light and a little bit larger. Both apartments face a car parking area at the rear and left hand side of the building however the noise was minimal even though it was school holidays. Thanks for having us and we will see you again."

"Very happy with our stay here We arrived in Byron Bay quite late on a Friday and left on a late flight on Sunday and the hotel was very accommodating to allow us to make the most of the room during the time! The rooms are large and clean and were perfect for a quick weekend stay – 5min walk to the beach and shops/cafes/bars etc. Great value for money - will definitely look to stay here next time we visit Byron Bay"

"I stayed here for 5 nights and we were really happy with our choice. It's extremely well situated to the beach, cafes, shops, nature walks, park, etc, etc. Everything is so close and convenient. Facilities are modern and very well maintained - I couldn't speak high enough of the staff that do the cleaning, and really just the staff at this hotel in general. Very nice, professional and helpful. There's a pool and a really nice restaurant right on site as well. Really couldn't recommend this place enough. Will definitely be staying here again when we're back in Byron. Thank you!"

"A great spot to base yourself in town, if visiting Byron Bay. The apartments have everything you need and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's walking distance to Cape Byron too! The only negative for me was the lack of insulation between apartments - I could hear a lot of noise from upstairs and people walking past our bathroom (from the outside). Nonetheless I would recommend to others. "
