"Stayed here for 1 night as a stop prior to our flight home out of Calgary airport, Hotel was clean and spacious and the staff were amazing! food in the restaurant surprised us how good it was. There is also a free shuttle service to and from Calgary airport departures for guests which helps out so much and saves money on a taxi which we expected to get. Would highly recommend. "

"This is one of my top favorite hotels to stay at in Calgary. The rooms are always clean and comfy, the breakfast is amazing, and the staff are super friendly. I've only had one semi-negative experience and that was when we were on the main floor (we'd always had an upper floor room before), the room was super cold (wintertime - really bad coldsnap too). I checked the window but it seemed closed (I even gave it a good push to see if it could close further). We had the heat going full blast and the floor was still pretty cold. In the morning, my dad checked the window again and saw that it was open just a crack. He had to really push on it to close it. Other than that, we've never had a bad experience. The breakfast is really amazing. My mom was in the hospital earlier this year and we stayed various times at this hotel. They switch out the hot breakfast every day. The beds are very comfortable and my dad *loves* the pillows. It's a shame they don't have a hotel on the south side too."

"This is another in the great Fairmont chain. Imagine, instead of desert on Mondays, you can choose the Chocolate Buffet. We did. It was great. The central, downtown location was close to everything. Right next door to the Calgary Tower. Just a 10 minute walk to Chinatown. great food, Great service. Beautiful rooms. Highly recommend this hotel."

"This is quite an expensive hotel and is not near the city center, BUT they have good facilities and is definitely worth it. You'll have a good night sleep after a long day. However, we never were contacted about the powerbank and cord charger that we left in our room. We checked out early but had a good 30 mins left in the lobby but we're not informed of the lost item. We just figured we left it when we boarded our van and we remembered leaving the powerbank at the table near the bed :("
