"The hotel was very clean and the staff were great! Especially the servers in the dinning room. Tips for future guests: 1. Definitely have the breakfast! It is excellent and the price is very reasonable. 2. DO NOT take a taxi from the Marina Grande to the hotel - it will cost you about 25 Euro. Instead you can a) take the Funiculour (not sure of spelling - a little train to Capri center and then from there take the free hotel shuttle to the hotel. This will cost you 2 Euros each instead. OR - b) call the hotel and have them pick you up from the Marine Grande - I think they charge 10 Euro for the trip. I nearly didn't book this hotel because of the comments that the manager made. He seems to be petty and definitely lacking in customer service. Thank goodness we did not have to deal with him though. Overall it was a good stay."
