When in Casper, the is my preferred hotel. Staff is good, breakfast if our typical hotel breakfast food, the rooms are nice and clean.
It was very nice, yet getting g them to clean rm was not good. I even asked twice. But they came in changed towels. I had to put trash out side door. In order to keep rm clean. I was there 5 days gots towels changed 2 times. But front desk service was very good. All in all it was as good stay. Centrally located
Could not supply me with a zero balance receipt at the time of check out. I travel for work and once every 50 or so hotels they tell me they can't give me a receipt showing I had no charges- This is wrong!!!
We were just staying in Casper for the night and flying out at the nearby airport. It was a nice Motel, friendly staff, clean.
Would like to have had continental breakfast provided like other hotels in the area
After our stay at a somewhat dated motel in Jackson Hole,WY it was a pleasure to check in to this bright, clean hotel.
It's a convenient location right off the highway. The facility is slightly dated, but the staff is extraordinarily accommodating and helpful. I found it fairly typical of large local hotels in the West. All that said, I am planning a big event next year and will bring my group here.
