"the hotel was generally very good. two main issues arose. we specifically booked a jacuzzi room. the jacuzzi did not work and the staff was extremely unhelpful in this regard. nor did they provide a discount for services not provided. additionally the parking is awkward and far from the hotel entrance making the transfer of luggage difficult especially with the cold weather we experienced. while the hotel was generally good, the same cannot be said for the reception staff that was always too busy and certainly not helpful as with the issue of the jacuzzi.
