Had a wonderful stay at your hotel, everything was great; rooms CLEAN, staff, Friendly and helpful.

A small room, a TV, A bathroom with a door that could’t close, no fridge, no water heater, Not value for money

Nice service. The room is clean and comfortable.

The staff was very nice. Price good for a Saturday night with everything else sold out. The room looks like they've been doing remodeling but not quite finished. A bit out dated. But looks like they are trying.

Free Breakfast; good location; attended wedding at Folly Beach 25 minute drive away; room in the back are quite away from street noise; secure at night; would stay here again ;-)

Place was trashy with alot of strange people but nothing bad happened during out stay. A little far from downtown Charleston.

Location right next to the free bus stop, few minutes from everything. Room clean and air con was which was needed with the humidity!

Why pay 3$ for wifi??

Unprofessional staff, sticky non working phone in bedroom, gum stuck to carpet, dusty, refrigerator door EWWWW! Dried blood on pillow cases which were turned inside out as an attempt to hide it. Just DISGUSTING. not recommended for man or beast.

Hotel is right on route to our next destination. It’s a bit far if you wanna be closer to charleston. They have good breakfast and all amenities needed for a one night stay.

The hotel was nice. The rooms were large and clean. I would recommend the hotel to others. All that being said, here are the things you should know. The breakfast was included and was ok. Upon arriving to the property I had to use the restroom and gave the lady my ID and CC so she could get started on my checkin. I came back minutes later to her handing me they card keys and her cell phone on speaker phone in the other hand. Great location, very attentive staff ( thank you Gaston for going the extra mile). The pool area was beautiful and the yoga class excellent. The room was on the small side but comfortable and clean!

..to stay and enjoy Charleston. I am not always a B&B fan but this was lovely in every way. Staff were excellent and helpful. Miss Barbara's breakfast cooking was superb. The place exudes charm, is so easy to access everything in the area, was quiet...just perfect.

How can they use the name resort? There is no pool, no work out room, no bar, no on-site food - simply a room. Check in staff was rude and not helpful. The only parking available was valet at $28 a day or a public garage at $18. There is no cleaning staff or bed making. If you want more towels it costs $18.
