"The owners and staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful to us. From the moment we walked in they made sure we were taken care of and were super friendly. They set us up with everything from restaurant recommendations to advice on beaches. Great location, right in the heart of Charlotte Amalie. Great views of the bay from the balcony and walkable to supermarkets and restaurants. Really spacious enclosed complex that almost felt like apartments rather than a hotel rooms. Ours (and some others) had full kitchens which helped a lot not having to eat out for every meal. With large outdoor garden spaces with common seating areas. And if you are renting a car (which you should in USVI) it’s 15 minutes away from attractions on either side of the island. Overall a super smooth and enjoyable experience and we would highly recommend and we hope to go there again! "
