Best hotels & accommodations in Chattanooga (TN)

We loved our stay at the Read House. Every single detail has been considered. The valets Anthony and David were top notch. Jody was amazing at the front desk. Also Byron at the ChopHouse was super. Rooms were elegant and sophisticated. And the entire hotel is spotless. I had the best sleep there I have had in years. Every single interaction with hotel employees exc...

We had a wonderful time staying at The Chattanoogan. It is a beautiful, warm and welcoming place and I would stay there again in the future! The staff were friendly and responded to requests in a timely manner. We enjoyed the indoor pool, though one night they ran out of pool towels. Housekeeping eventually brought by a few clean ones, but it was not a sufficient amoun...

-Friendly staff, 24hr restaurant has good food, rooms are fairly nice, with modern technology and high-speed wifi. All channels work with excellent picture. -Neighbouring guests are mostly really shady, and inconsiderate about noise and behavior. Someone was shooting paintballs and my car was splashed with paint. -There must be a Dept. Of Transportation hub and/or fi...

Excellent staff. Breakfast was decent. Only downside was the small, uncomfortable pillows. The carpets are just about ready to be cleaned, but not terrible. Very good value. We paid half the price of what others paid in our group that stayed at other hotels.

It was a good value and the staff was extremely nice! Our room was just ok. The heater/ac/air was super loud so I turned it off so that I could sleep better which made the room super stuffy. We also we right above a very well lit parking lot so the light creeped in our drapes. The location was near a lot of stuff but not very close to the cute downtown area. I wou...

Tennessee Aquarium, Chattanooga Lookouts baseball stadium, and Children's Discovery Museum are all located within one block or right next door to hotel! This hotel is the perfect location if you have kids! Staff was very friendly and room/hotel was very clean. Only negative is that parking is an extra $8/day.

Hotel rooms were very outdated. The carpet had not been vacuumed and there were no linens in our room. Breakfast consisted of grab and go yogurt, mini cereal boxes and some protein bars, not the hot breakfast as advertised. We have stayed in Chattanooga several times at other properties but thought we would give this hotel a try but will never stay here again. Much ...

Vacationing during COVID certainly has had it’s aggravations, disappointments and discomforts. However, this Hampton Inn had the perfect balance between caution and comfort. The hotel we stayed in two days prior to arriving in Chattanooga literally stripped their rooms down to resemble a mental hospital cell. No art, no carpet, no attractive bedding, no amenities such ...

There were no pros about this place there was drug addicts and homeless people roaming up and down the hallways of the hotel. The power was off for hours the cable was turned off the staff sis nothing to compensate the guests for this inconvenience this was just a bad place all around I wish I could give this place a negative stars because I would.

We were very pleased with our stay. Great value, clean rooms and great staff! The only minor complaint I have is there was not sufficient sitting room for the breakfast area. Everyone wants to sit down while eating breakfast and preferably not carry back to room. Other than this, we will book this hotel on our next trip to Chattanooga.

This hotel, needs new units inside (broke, old,) the outside door needs a coat of paint, When you arrive outside the rooms, it does not look nice, we booked 3 rooms for our stay and 2 did not smell not nice at all. We only had 2-3 sleep after a long travel journey, was woken up at 01.45am by a couple having a big row outside (which went on for ages) The hotel is now ...

For a really good price ($84 per night), we got a clean, nice looking hotel room (1 big bedroom, a separate room with 2 couches and a TV and a big desk for my laptop, and the shower and toilet were their own room. We were well stocked up on toilet paper, extra towels, and soap, lotion, and shampoo. The location is excellent, right next to a Dunkin, Walgreens, and 0.2 m...

We paid nearly the same amount of money for a clean and comfortable room at Best Western, so I was expecting a comparable product. There were stains on the paper thin sheets that they have probably been using since the fifties. Same with the pillows. The pillowcases were so paper thin I could see the brown, lumpy, ancient pillow without a protector, caked with decades...

Great hotel in the perfect location for being close to lots of restaurants but just far enough from the busy downtown Chattanooga. It took us maybe 20 minutes to get to downtown with moderate traffic. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean. If I were to be really picky, the only minor issue was some noise during the nig...

Booked a night here for a spontaneous trip to Chattanooga and didn't want to spend too much, but also stay in a 3-4 star accommodation. For the price and location, this was fine. Pros: Room was spacious with a small full kitchen, bathroom and couch, though a little out dated. Nice little continental breakfast with fresh fruit (of which they also encourage you to take...

Loved our stay. Our room wasn't ready yet, so they upgraded us to a suite. Very, very nice. And the breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, sausage, eggs, potatoes, muffins, etc... And the people working there were very friendly.

This seemed like a very good hotel. It was relatively inexpensive. The room was of a good size, provided an oven for cooking, and was quite clean. It's also right near the airport, which makes it a convenient location for a layover. I rented a room here because my flight arrived at night, so I decided I would rest overnight before moving on to my final destinatio...

The hotel room was clean, which is the most important thing to me. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an interior door upstairs, but the outer door wasn't locked. You were supposed to have to open it with your key card, but it was just unlocked. Could have been more secure by making sure it was locked. But I didn't feel unsafe. Breakfast was fairly typical of a...

Did not have any pros. The bathtub had a hole in it that was patched up with clear packing tab. The entire 3rd floor smelled like an ashtray. The room had trash on the floor. The pillows in the room were like not having anything. And when we left the room got approached twice from guys begging for change.

I stayed 6/24-6/26.The room was not cleaned properly. The bed spread was wringled and tossled. Spots were splashed on the head board. The bathroom fixtures were not clean and had spots. The floor had a long burned spot. We complained to front desk. They gave us another room and offered a 30% discount. I had prepaid through Agoda so I accepted the new room. The towels we...

The hotel is amazing. The facilities are clean and well kept. The staff was always friendly, accommodating, and went well out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. It’s in a great location close to all the attractions on Lookout Mountain and just a short drive to downtown Chattanooga. And the pool is the best!
4-star hotels in Chattanooga (TN)

Easily the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s hard to pick what I liked most. The staff was top notch, and what all hotels should strive to be. The cleanliness is second to none. The amenities are everything you would expect. But I would have to pick the decor as my favorite. It’s like being teleported back in time 100 years. Even the servers in ...
