"I had mistakenly gone to the Colchester Travelodge and the young man on reception there told me how to get to the Chelmsford hotel, phoned them to let them know I was on my way and asked that they let him know I'd arrived safely; a pleasant touch. Not easy to find the car park entrance at Chelmsford and a bit of a shock to have to pay so much extra to park when I did find it! "
