"First off, our flight arrived at Nagoya at 845pm and we didn't want to travel by train upon arriving since this was our first time in Japan; thus, we decided to stay at an airport hotel. This hotel was a great place to spend the night. Nagoya airport restaurants close at 9pm so it was great that there was a convenience store on the way out of the airport where we bought our dinner (Japanese convenience store packed foods are awesome!); although we could have bought our dinner at the convenience store located at the corner of the hotel as well. There was a free shuttle from airport to hotel although we could have easily walked to the hotel too (5-10min walk). The hotel's bath tub is a Japanese style bathtub and it was great just to soak in hot water in the comfort of our room. Awesome breakfast buffet in the morning (with eggs, sausages, bread, miso soup, rice, coffee). The only downside of this hotel is that it is popular with group tour groups - if you like staying away from big groups, don't do this hotel. Oh... and "Orange Side" means the check in counter for small/individual travelers. There's a "Green Side" which is for tour groups!"

"The hotel is just outside Chubu airport, perfect for those who have a early morning/late night flights. The receptionists were helpful! During our check-in, I accidentally left my envelope containing ourJR passes in the reception area. The following day, my husband and I are bound to Osaka, I didn’t realized that I was missing our envelope. We were already in Nagoya train station when we realized that our JR exchange passes were no where to be found. I immediately left my husband in Nagoya station and went back to this hotel. The receptionist helped me to find in our room, unfortunately, it was not there. I asked the receptionist if she can help me by asking the other receptionists to because the last thing that I can remember was I left the envelope during our check-in. And surprisingly, the receptionist who was on duty during our check-in kept the envelope that I was looking for! Imagine buying 2 JR tickets that costs around $258/each! They’re the best! Arigatou gozaimasu!"

"We arrive late and nearly misses our dinner booking. The staff from the front desk let us check in after dinner. They look after the luggage for us and told us not to get the briefcases off the trolley but push the whole cart into the room. I'm sceptical at first but once I open the door, the spaces available easily fit a airport trolley into it. The room have a cool industrial vibe which is fun and upbeat. Staff are great and very close to chubu central airport. A perfect end to a holiday!"

"We had spent two weeks traveling around Japan and needed somewhere close to the airport before our early check in for our flight home. This hotel was ideal, located in the central airport complex, moments away from the station at the end of the rail line from Nagoya city centre and even closer to our Lufthansa check in desk. Reception was quick and easy, the room was excellent and, although we could have eaten in the hotel restaurant, we elected to use the restaurants in the departure area when we went to check where we had to go in the morning. There is also a small convenience store next door to the hotel entrance. "

"Stayed here two times. Location just outside the airport is quite convenient to the train station as well. Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and allowed us to store luggage after checkout for a few hours before our flight. Breakfast was good. A nice view of the sea. The only really drawbacks are the late check-in and early check-out (1000) times which are common in Japan. Though, 3 pm was actually better than other hotels. Overall, we would recommend this hotel. "For those joining the Ironman 70.3 Centrair Japan, this hotel is a good option and far cheaper than the official IM hotels. The hotel is just next to Tokoname Station and walking distance from the finish line and the area where you can pick-up your bikes and transition bags after the race. There's also an Aeon Mall nearby and a Lawson across the street if you're too lazy to walk to Aeon. Before the race day, you can ride your bikes to transition 1 which is just about 8 kms from the hotel which you cannot do if you are booked in one of the IM hotels in the airport area. On race day, there is a shuttle bus in Tokoname Station which is just across the hotel and which can take you to the starting area. The rooms are also very big. Just don't book the smoking rooms if you don't smoke because they really smell of cigarette smoke. :-) "
