Loved the location!!! However bathroom door did not slide shut. Called and nobody ever came! Also our room was never serviced and had to call for towels twice. Also very disappointed the hotel did not provide chairs on the beach they were only available to rent daily which were $$$

The hotel is 20 minutes from beach which is good. Hotel is around lots of shopping and food choices. AC was cold for hot weather. Great price. Will stay in the future.

Agoda only show photographs of the re furbished bed rooms rooms and not the bath rooms as they need renewing along with the hallway carpets etc If yo want to use the stairs to your room you have to go out side and between the garbage bins ans outside freezer. Perfect location for us and our sea view room was lovely, only downside was the live music was too loud, not comfortable to sit on balcony for long as difficult to hold conversation. Okay if you just wanted to listen to music as it was good choices, thanks we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

They have honest people working for them. I left my I-pad in the room and they notified me before I knew it was missing. They made arrangements for it to be shipped home. I so appreciated their honestness and helpfulness.

My husband wanted to stay at a resort close to Tampa for his birthday. When we booked our room we didn’t realize the hotel was in the perfect tourist location. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and had a fun atmosphere. We plan to visit the hotel again in the near future.

I liked the services the hotel had. Kiddie pool, pool, hot tub, gym, free breakfast, restaurant, billiards room, arcade, vending machines. The only problem I had was that the treadmill needed adjustment so I couldn’t use it because it was dangerous.

We loved our weekend at Opal Sands. It is ran like a wel oil machine. Everyone is friendly with a smile on their face. The room was beautiful with a amazing view. We’ve found our spot for whenever we visit Clearwater.

Nasty hotel. A/C not cooling good. My room door looks like someone try to open it with a tool to get inside. I have to slam it so it can close and pull hard so i can open it. The coffee machine in the room was dirty. The place looks getto. But the customer service was awesome and closed to the beach and a lot of restaurant and grocery stores.

My only concern is that we had called in advance that we would be arriving late in the evening, but when we got there the room we reserved was not available, and I might add, it was fully paid for in advance. The staff member on duty was not very accommodating and it was really inconvenient moving to another room the next day.

The hotel was great, nice and modern with everything you’d expect. Large rooms, good bathroom and all amenities to hand. Nice size pool overlooking the inland water way. Good breakfast, large selection and good quality. Beware only valet parking at $27 per 24 hour period.

A room was not ready when I got there and had to wait. Then the next day no staff came to change the bed. I saw one of the workers at noon and thought it would get done but it didn’t so at 3 PM I had to go to the desk and ask for my room to be cleaned.

We absolutely loved it, from check in to check out the staff was very courteous,kind and kept a smile on their face. The hotel was clean,quite and very comfortable. The location to nearly restaurants and the many beaches was just over the top icing on cake. WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN on next family trip.

A motel, but one well maintained and living room and proper kitchen. Slightly expensive, but good price/quality compared to other hotels and motels in this area. Location is 10 mins walk outside the main Clearwater Pier/City area.

The town was full of people on spring break and no other accommodation was available, so we had little option. There was mildew in the picture on the wall, there was so mich mud and paint on the walls to cover up rust and mold, the tub had been painted over, our tub stopper even had mold on the bottom of it. You get what you pay for. No toilet paper, lights didn't work, staff were god awful, breakfast was worse than anything in prison, and shady guests. Only stay here as last resort.
