The only negative that I have is that the wall and windows are poorly insulated against the sound pollution of downtown Cleveland. Engine revving and sirens blared all night long. Take ear plugs.
There’s no complementary breakfast only coffee....there’s no fitness center no spa no food in house. Had to literally run into to bar keep to make a drink. It was January freezing cold in Cleveland so there wasn’t a lot of traffic only locals....drug dealers prostitutes construction workers or truckers. EVERYBODY CAN CARRY A GUN!! It’s a couple of blocks away from McD...
Rooms were quite comfortable and clean. Check-in was upsetting when we were told that there was not 3 rooms on the same floor. However when we told them that we had reserved these rooms almost a year earlier they managed to find 3 rooms in close proximity on the same floor and adjacent to the Arcade area in downtown Cleveland. We had a great stay.
Great hotel, clean, modern fittings, great powerful shower and close distance to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Front desk was friendly and was pleasantly surprise to receive delicious double tree chocolate chip cookies.

Overall, experience was very good. Rooms are a good, size and amenities are plentiful. There a many shops nearby, and so is the airport. The only downside is the breakfast. If you are a vegetarian, you are restricted to eggs if you want a hot breakfast.
This is a newly removed hotel in the center of town. Staff if just fabulous!! You also can't beat complimentary happy hour with food that could easily cover for dinner and a fantastic breakfast selection. Found our new hotel for our Cleveland visits!
Brought grandson to Cleveland for baseball game. The motel was clean and, while nothing lavish, was completely adequate for the price. Would return.
The hotel is pretty close to the airport with free shuttle service every 30 min. Rooms are clean and beautiful. The only pity is that the neighborhood is a little bit deserted with few options for shopping and dining.

The lobby was very nice and our bed was clean. But the floor was gross had stains all over it and the bathroom door wouldnt shut unless you kicked it. The shower didnt look all that clean. Nice place just needed a deep clean.

Enjoyed our stay very clean. Exceeded our expectations. Staff and Housekeeping extremely friendly, always willing to assist. Great location able to walk to all the sites on our to do list. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Playhouse Square, WVIZ Idea Center, Terminal Tower, the Flats, 4th Street, and the Cleveland and 5th St. Arcades.
They need an option of the medium blend or a lighter blend. Coffee was to strong couldn’t drink it. Missed my morning coffee. Otherwise the stay was great.
One block from the Euclid Ave. Cleveland Clinic. Valet parking ($16 but worth the convenience while needing medical care) shuttles run to the hospital every hour. New and clean and tastefully designers. We stayed in a studio - equipped with refrigerator, microwave, & extra bar sink. Keurig coffee in the room was nice to have too.
