Stayed twice in one week, rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was a little hard in one room but no other issues. The restaurant (Mulligans) has really good food.

We booked non-refundable room, so our debit card is charged already. But when we check in, front staff use our debit card to charge us again. And we known it later after we r travelling to another city. Lucky that we have check it in mobile application. When we call to hotel, staff there cant do anything to help us. For the price at the time I stayed, it was very good. Plumbing needs a bit of attention since the sink and bathtub were not draining well.

The location is perfect for getting around on foot to see the Lake City of Coeur d' Alene.

The location at some kind of business park was far from inspiring, but we had a spacious and quiet room. We were there for two nights, but the cleaning staff failed to clean our room after the first night. We didn't win, but had a nice time with some family members stopped by and helped celebrate our anniversary together for a nice dinner. I only had one problem and that is the mattress sits in a box and when you think you've cleared the bed you run into the box and my leg was hurting.

Super friendly staff, very accommodating!

Basic motel room but very clean, comfortable bed, and quiet.. Can't ask for much more when just needing a place to sleep.

The ambiance was right out of Europe and the hospitality Fabulous with the Owners toasting fine wine into the weee hours over looking Coeur D Alene. Only recommend a hot tub!

The room was a bit small, and the chair was uncomfortable, but everything worked out well for our trip. Room had microwave and Fridge. We also took advantage of the guest Laundry which was clean and only 1.25 for load to wash and to dry.

The housekeeping could use a little work but they did a good job for the most part. The exercise room could use an upgrade.
