Where to stay in Coffs Harbour
Coffs Harbour hotels & accommodations

We stay here when visiting family in Coffs Harbour. The two room units are ideal for us and the kitchens usually functional with a full size fridge. The water features like pools and spas are ideal for family and so close to Diggers beach which is excellent for walking and swimming. Casay's restaurant serves quality meals and we have had many enjoyable lunches and dinn...

We had only an overnight stop on the way from Sydney into the Gold Coast, but wished we had an additional day or two at Coffs Harbour. This family style inn was a classic step back in time, cosy, comfortable & service with a big smile. Could have stayed for a couple of weeks easily. Basic amenities were in order but the big plus was the personalized feel of service. La...

Thank you so much for the accommodation. It was the first time in Coffs Harbour and I really enjoyed my stay. I was lucky to have checked in early which management was so cool on letting me do. Room was clean tidy and had more than enough for a nights stay. Love the service all-round. Highly recommend again to stay. Enjoy the left over alcohol.

Great location close to the beach. Kids spent hours on the jumping pillow, pedal carts and at the water park. Unfortunately however the pool was out of order when we attended. We had to make an urgent booking for an extra party and the staff came back to the office to help out after hours.

Two bedroom apartment with very comfy beds, great ensuite, laundry, etc that provided everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Teenagers were happy, local wildlife abounds, pool and amenities suited our needs and the bush walks were great. An easy drive to town centre, everything is within a 10 minute drive. Can’t fault the staff - extremely helpful and happy to giv...

Arrived at night and the main entrance was shut but there was ample signage to lead me to an auto-sign machine which delivers a card to enter the hotel and room. Pretty sizable room and clean. There is a large window that overlooked the parking lot which was convinient to me as I can see my car! I was greeted by the manager in the morning. Very pleasant and helped me i...

Very nice apartment, clean and tide, good parking facilities. The location relating to restaurants, shops and Harbour is great although be prepared to be constantly woken during the night by the train and its blasting Horn !! Unfortunately the WIFI was not available for the entire week and was told the "Tech was coming in" so not sure if this is a on going issue. Also...

Coffs Harbour can be an expensive place for accommodation year-round. Ocean Park Holiday Apartments is extremely good value for money, and is clearly a property with very caring and hard-working owners and staff. The way the apartments are fitted out with comfortable and stylish furniture, linens and decorative touches gives guests a great impression from the start. V...

Perfect for a one night stop over. Clean, friendly& helpful staff and close to restaurants. Would probably look for something more if holidaying in Coffs for any length of time purely for size and things like pool area for kids. But for what we were after that night, fit the purpose nicely (& we've had a few shocking experiences with motels traveling so we're very plea...

We needed a place to sleep in Coffs while on a longer road trip. Banana Coast was perfectly comfortable for us (2adults, 2 teens, 3 6-10 year olds). We stayed in a two bedroom cabin, and if we hadn’t had plans elsewhere, a bbq at the outdoor area would have been ideal. Otherwise, fitting lots of big people in the cabin for meals would be tricky. I would definitely rec...

Loved the location, rooms were spacious and needs well catered for. Microwave was fantastic, as we could do our own meals. Cleanliness was above standard, compliments to the management. Would definitely recommend and will be returning next time we are in Coffs Harbour.

The location is excellent, right on the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants. The 1 bedroom apartment was large, clean and comfortable. The staff were the best part though, they could not have been more helpful, they definitely went above and beyond and were always friendly and cheerful. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Coffs.

Unable to get into our usual cabins at Park Beach we managed to get the last cabin available here, just a basic one. I knew it was going to be very small from the photos but it was very clean and amazingly well fitted out for the price. 2 TVs, split system air con, fan over main bed, dual window blinds, foxtel, free WiFi, and undercover parking. Only a 2 seater loung...

It was the ideal place to have our wedding. The owner, Allan contacted us before we reached to prepare before we arrived. The room was cosy and comfortable. The area was very convenient with food places and a supermarket nearby. On the day of the wedding, we were welcomed by a bottle of champagne by the owner and his wife - yes, that explains the level of hospitality w...

i had a wonderful stay at smugglers. i walked on the beach morning and afternoon and took leisurely walks along the scenic track over to the next bay. coffs harbour is only minutes away by car so it was easy to access supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants and all kinds of specialty stores. smugglers is in a very quiet location which suited me perfectly. i will certain...

If you're traveling to or through Coffs Harbour and are looking for a pet friendly place to say that is good value for money, The Toreador is recommended. They also have treats for that special pooch in your life. Within walking distance to the shops, too!

Very friendly staff and good service. It was a bit noisy when we checked in late on a Sunday possibly due to fact that they had $5 steak meal deal. But it was all quiet by 10pm and we had a good sleep. Facilities are basic but you cannot complain as you save heaps on your accommodation. Excellent budget accommodation.

Free surf/ kayak/ SUP equipment is a huge plus and the hostel has spotlessly clean facilities. It also has an awesome layout perfect for meeting new people with different events on everyday. Had such a good time here both as a short termer the first time then as a long termer the second.

The owner/receptionist at this motel was amazing so helpful and knowledgable about the area. Room was big and clean and had cable TV. The beaches nearby were really nice and quiet. Coffs Harbour itself is not the most lively place but I would recommend the motel to anyone.

I have stayed in hundreds of motel and hotels and this is far and away the best value I have ever had ! The low price made me think it could be very dodgy but I only needed a bed for the night so I gave it a go - it was better than 90% of the motel rooms I have stayed in and worth double the $s. Spacious, comfortable, clean, great bathroom, nice bed, . . . Sure, some p...

Although we spent only one night in it, it was a very good experience with this lovely family. The room was very clean and the furniture was well chosen and organised. It is close to the shops as well. This motel should have been rated as 8. I won't go anywhere else if I am visiting Coffs Harbour.

the utensils in the room need updating as they are old and dirty. the saucepan is dirty and is bent out of shape. i didn't do any cooking even though the room had a kitchenette as the utensils should be renewed. the towels are thin and old and again should be replaced with fluffy new ones. not sure of other prices of hotels in the area, but considering the age of t...

The motel is located overlooking the Coffs Harbour train station, as a result it is noisy and has numerous people loitering around the area. The price charged was outrageous for what was provided, whilst the unit was clean, the tvs were little bigger than a computer monitor, there was NO wifi offered or indicated as being available( I consider this a BASIC requirement)...

A good 3/4 day visit. Bruxner Flora and Fauna park 10KM out of town near Sealy Lookout. A good walk through amazing trees and plants.
Nice place to visit. Would recommend a 2 night stay. A little expensive for what you get at the motels in the area.
Good weather, we stopped there as a half-way point between Hunter Valley and the Gold Coast as we were driving and we wanted to see the Big Banana.
We did not spend too long in Coffs Harbour as we were just passing through. A bit dated, but still perfect for relaxing.
Me and my wife just stop over for a nite stay on the way from Post stephens to Gold Coast. So nothing much to comment.
It is more for retirees with not many restaurants or activity on a friday night in the centre of town
Coffs Harbour is a very pretty place, unfortunately public transport is not very good, which in turn makes getting around to attractions impossible.
Coffs is a very scenic area with lots to do. Unfortunately we only had one night but would like to go back and spend a week or so as there is so much on offer in the area.
I haven't been to Coffs Harbour for over 20 years but now I have young children I will return. Many things to do and see.
Coff harbour is a great place to visit for a holiday, there is plenty to do, nice beaches, good clubs and resteraunts and great shopping.
The kids indoor play area in Coffs is great as it is relatively cheap and doesn't charge for adults which is always a bonus as we are only there so our kids have something to do.
