"Apparently Agoda doesn't want a complete review of the facility. Note that if you book through Agoda or possibly any internet booking agent you are assigned a substandard room in the third building. Rooms for smokers, pet lovers and people booking through Agoda are in bldg 3. 1st floor. The advertised breakfast consists of microwave oatmeal, or corn flakes, milk or orange juice. Numerous broken or worn bits include: ice machine, outside security door in the back, elevator used to access the upper two floors in the back. The swimming pool is apparently closed most of the time to children. At least one of the three rooms I used had splits in the wall coverings. Some rooms have refrigerators, others don't. Use of the in facility telephone is hit or miss. Some lamps do not have bulbs. The entire facility is quite worn. Positives, I don't believe I encountered any bedbugs. I found the staff generally quite pleasant and helpful. "

"Lady at front counter had attitutde and told me i had to pay or my card was declined, not the case when she actually seen that i had booked earlier as reservation. It was 1030am and i left instructions when i would be there but my room was not ready, lady at counter told me to come back at 3pm or wait around. She acted like none of this was her problem or that it was a problem. One of the elevators would not work with room card to go up the floors only down. The room had a big wall stain either from water or something. The building was quite old and had some nice decorations and cover job other things were just left dingy. Bathroom was nice and clean but a crappy little coffee pot and no bottled water in room. For over 200 dollars for 1 night it was awful, definitely not worth the price. I stayed in 2 and 3 stat hotels that had better amenities and counter staff for less money. There were other hotels which looked nicer and im sure were worth staying at."
