Really good,comfortable to stay. Little bit far from center,but como camerlate was really near by( behind side)of hostel,easy to jump up center or go to milano anywhere. It is an elegant and boutique style hotel right on the lake front. Its location can't beat : just by Piazza Cavour from there is easily to access to the city center walkable literally to very part of it. I love Como and was glad to have stayed at this hotel. It is about 20 minutes walk from the lake. It’s a lovely walk. You don’t feel the distance at all.

We enjoyed our time here and they let us upgrade our room (we paid extra), and it was spacious and clean. Near the center, you would have to walk cause theres no bus stop nearby. Theres a supermarket across the street if you wanna cook and save money. Overall pleasant stay. Would book again when we go back to Como. Thank you!

Wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of Milan City we needed a getaway and was not disappointed. The Sheraton is well positioned to give you privacy and make you feel like you away from city life, and close enough to the lake and city that you can venture in to enjoy what Como offers. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean.

Stayed for 2 nights at Residence Diaz. Location was strategic for the price ie comfortable 10 minute walk to the Como Lake, and located within the small town area. Just be aware that it’s a 2-3 flight of stairs walk up to your apartment. So you may want to pack light. The location was superb, staff was friendly and the room was big and clean. We are pleased with the overall experience. But a kindly note maybe can improve the wifi strength in the room :)

Nice big room, it is quite beyond expectation. The kitchen has full equipment. Such a kind to pick up us from train station, anyway, my suggestion for traveler should get off at COMO BORGHI. This train station is the closest to the accommodation.

A great location to explore the lake from. Secure parking available at the hotel. Staff really helpful and willing to assist with planning trips. No restaurant fit dinner however many options to choose from close by. Really enjoyed our time here.

The hotel is very well located, a few meters from the lake and old town Como and the funicular. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff was friendly. They have an adjacent restaurant with good food. There´s a fan and A/C for when it gets very hot. Very comfortable and big bed. Highly recommend it!

Modern rooms; poor breakfast spread and lack of lift were the only downsides; location can't be beat for this price!

Very good place to stay, convenient and staff were great. Apartment is very large however better use if space could have been made. The loft sleeping area would only suit some people. The place was nice and clean. Location was super-close to center, lake and cathedral. Just one minus, when I tried to call for some questions in the morning (before check-in) and phone was switched off. But everything else was great.

Good Location and bright clean room. No proper table in room so cannot work on computer comfortably. Only a chair. Room is a little tight if you have two medium size luggage to be open for access. Toilet was large but ponding/flooding when water was open at comfortable level. So have to operate at low water level for shower.

Single room with a cute balcony and good sized bathroom. Also the view of lake Como is better from Villa Olmo than from the central square.

I think its not so convenient to come to here because the road is very steep and small But air is very nice since it's in the forest The only thing I don't like is the shower place It doesn't have place to put your towel and shampoo etc

Our stay here was enjoyable. The room was clean & comfortable & the hotel in a quiet location, just a short walk to Lake Como town centre. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a variety of fruit, yoghurt, cereal, meats, eggs, croissants.

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and its clean and convenient to the lake and the downtown area. We would stay there again. The Como area is great.
