Cozumel hotels & accommodations

While the location of the resort is steller the rooms are not. The first 4 nights we had a room with a swim up pool. I at first thought the bites all over my body were from the mosquitoes, but I was horrified to learn that they were actually from bed bugs in the mattress. Our next three nights were in a room with an ocean view. Again the location and the view was bre...

Sunscape is a nice, family oriented resort. There are 3 restaurants, 1 was very good, the other 2 were okay, but nothing great. If you like buffets and eating a lot of the same, then great. We prefer variety and taste to quantity and convenience. The staff is very friendly, and always willing to help...you just may inevitably have to ask a few times in order to get tha...

My girlfriend and I stayed at El Cozumeleño for four nights. It was our first time in Cozumel, so we thought we'd try an all-inclusive but would definitely opt for an inexpensive downtown hotel next time. I think some people would really like this place, but it just wasn't for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the lobby staff was competent and efficient if not...

We would absolutely recommend this gorgeous place. Close to the ferry, town and beach. Room was lovely, clean and bed was comfy. Staff and Theresa are so friendly and helpful. Every morning they prepare coffee in the kitchen that you can enjoy in the garden. This is my other home ❤️

The personnel was extremely kind and attentive. We were welcome with champagne. Our kid loved the Kids Club. The beach is wonderfully clean and the water is calm, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The grounds were extremely well maintained, you live in a natural park. Great food for an all inclusive... We wish we had full access to the evening a la carte restaurants...

Thoroughly enjoyed the facility with large bedroom, queen and double bed, kitchen, dining room and living room with balcony. Venture to say 6 people would have been comfortable in it. Very safe and secure. The breakfast part was not necessary for us as a consideration

A nice hotel with a good location and nice staff. A small but nice pool. A fine breakfast. But, it is not fun to ask for a king size bed and realize that the only room with a king size bad shares a glass door with the breakfast dining room. Thay gave us a diffrent room instead with 2 sprate bads though. Other than that, big and clean room, and very good value for money...

Please note this place is really far from the main city in Cozumel, and basically everything is in town, apart from a few restaurants closer to the hotel. The hotel is new, very nice, we had an upgraded room with jacuzzi looking out to the Caribbean sea...it was fabulous! We also enjoyed the sauna and steambath, the spa is also really pretty. And the room is the most b...

Two - three stars tops. Think like a solid Walmart experience. Great staff, cheap products. The food was at best tasty and at worst edible. I was excited to leave and eat Mexican cousine again. The most notable cautions, the wifi management system will ask you to enter the code every few minutes to every hour. This gets old fast. The door connecting rooms allows a inc...

We had a great stay at Grand Park Royal. They had 3 different pool areas and an area on the beach, so there was a lot of space to spread out in this time of COVID (in the 7 days we were there I never saw a staff member not wearing a mask, and always wearing it properly, except in the pool when they were engaged in a class or something). There was no competition for c...
