Best hotels & accommodations in Daintree

My husband and I stayed at the Daintree Ecolodge while visiting Australia on our honeymoon. The property is so beautiful and you feel completely immersed in the rainforest. Every single staff member we met was incredibly friendly and helpful, getting to know us and how we were enjoying our stay. We booked a Canopy Bayan and it was beautiful - clean and cozy with great ...

A wonderful place located in the Daintree Rainforest. Staff was super accommodating when we arrived about noon. We just wanted to relax and take advantage of the pool and beautiful surroundings. One room was ready to checkin and housekeeping switched things around so we could check in to the second cottage soon after. The resident cassowary came by for a curiosity ...

We really enjoyed our stay at Daintree Rainforest Retreat. The property is well kept and beautiful. We enjoyed using the bbq area to cook our dinner. The pool is very nice to use after a day of sightseeing. Travis was very helpful informing us of everything the area had to offer.

Perfect place to use as a base around Daintree and Cape Tribulation. Mike and Hayley were both super welcoming and accommodating, offering advice, tips, and tweaking their breakfast menu to suit our awkward non-dairy non-gluten diet. We really enjoyed their company and their beautiful little retreat in Daintree. Highly recommend the local bar too, which has good outdoo...

We stayed in the Ribbon Cabin with En Suite last August as part of our honeymoon in Queensland. We can really recommend this accommodation as basis to explore the Daintree Rainforest and/or just to enjoy being (almost) off the grid for a while. We want to give a special thanks to the staff, especially behind the bar, who were very helpful and made us feel welcome (and ...

Our stay with Trish and Kev, who are looking after the B&B, was perfect. They gave us a warm welcome, local knowledge and made it easy to have our first Daintree experience. Highlights included a night walk in the rainforest, snorkeling at the reef and the Dreamtime Walk at Mossman. All recommended by trish. And breakfast of course. My tip would be to stay more nigh...

We were staying here during the heavy rainfall in January and got stuck in Cape Trib as the roads got closed. There was no better place to be as Cape Tribulation Holiday house. Despite the weather the kids had great fun and the host were amazingly concerned and caring to ensure all was taken care off.

We wanted a place to stay while visiting and walking in the Daintree area. A place that was quiet and away from the crowd. The Daintree Manor was exactly that while not being too remote and being within 30 minutes from a town. The only drawback was that the televison service was below par but that is not surprising because of the hotel's excellent position in the hills...

This is an amazing location - surrounded by rainforest. It is a smaller private facility and has everything you need. The huts are older but very well maintained. Gardens are amazing. Get used to everything in the room feeling damp - it is a rainforest! Beautiful stream which we didn’t get a chance to swim in but would be glorious if the the weather were better. Breakf...

We had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this place to others looking for a perfect Daintree Rainforest location away from backpacker hostels and in the middle of the beautiful rainforest. Our cabin was exceptionally clean and well-equipped for self-catering. It was a great value for the area.

We stayed at the ridge hut which was secluded, comfortable and very comfortable. If you are a device addict I would not recommend this place but if you are looking for peace and quiet you can't beat Noah Creek forest stay. You are close to pristine rainforest crystal clear swimming holes and stunning beaches. The Daintree is so stunning it is not to be missed. The mana...

I spent a long time searching for accommodation in Cape Tribulation, and am so glad that I found Cape Trib Farm late in the game. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The setting was beautiful and completely relaxing. Merran and Jeremy are consummate hosts - friendly, welcoming and relaxed. And the fruit tour was great. I honestly can't recommend...

Much better than I anticipated. We stayed in a safari lodge room for two and it was perfect. Clean, open, spacious and refreshing. You can hear the birds and wind through the trees by opening blinds. It really makes you feel like your sleeping outdoors! I would definitely recommend :)

The most stunning location right in the middle of the forest with views from every angle. This property was so thoughtfully prepared with everything we could have wished for. For an authentic Daintree experience with a touch of luxury, you can’t go past this property.

Hideaway came recommended by another operator and we're so glad we took their advice. Some may call the Easter Island-referenced sculptures 'eccentric', but they're only part of the experience. Other beautifully created pieces adorn the tranquil pathways and creek bank. Rob has a great local knowledge and the place is in easy walking distance to the beach and boardwalk...

We visited PKS for a few days and we had a great time. We were stalled in getting there and they stayed up to midnight for us. How cool is that? The staff were really helpful no matter how many questions we asked. New management commenced just a couple of days before we arrived and they seemed so much better than the old. Our rooms had confusing old signs basically s...

While the property looked nice upon arrival - and the hammocks were awesome - it turned out to be horribly overpriced and terrible value. Despite it being advertised as a "super king bed" it was actually just a queen. The mosquito net was full of holes (rendering it essentially useless) and worst of all, there wasn't even hot water!!! Chalet 2 was advertised as 50 m...

This is the perfect way to experience the Daintree Rainforest. Everything you need, and nothing you don't. You sleep deeply with the sounds of the rainforest, totally immersed in one of the worlds most biodiverse places. There is a wonderful sense of community among the guests, created by the property owners who give you everything you need to understand and enjoy this...

Although we never saw the owners/managers the property was clean and well prsented. A "pool cleaner" visited once during our stay, otherwise we were completly free of any intervention. Plenty of cooking utensils and crockery for a large party. The owners had contacted us soon after our booking and warned us to bring in all our supplies (from Mosman) due to the lack of ...
