Highlights was the swimming pool even though a man was vacuuming the bottom which made me hit the water cable many times.
The hotel is a typical IBIS hotel with a sea view from some of the rooms. Staff, especially Allain, are excellent. Breakfast was great. The hotel must insist on a no-smoking policy, as one of the rooms I visited had cigarette smell in it.
I am a regular geust at this hotel and will recomend it eny time. The only sugestion i could do is that they could have somone meet you at the airport exsit, like some of the uther hotels do, the hotel send the shuttel to the airport to pick me up, but you always wonder if they remembered to pick you up or not (as they sometimes do).
this is my second stay at novotel. my first stay was better. the bed was 2 twin beds combined, while i would have preferred a full or queen (like my first stay). the wifi was good, slower than than my first trip though. although good still for africa standards. the food is pretty good in the restaurant downstairs. free shuttle to airport is good, but i had to wai...
my complaint is not about the hotel, but Agoda, you have let me booked the room while the hotel didn't have empty rooms anymore. and after calling you guys to find a solution, Agoda let me wait for an email that was suppose to be sent, but never came. and i waited there without a room and and no solution came from you guys. Thank you and this is the last time i use you...

I was on a business trip to Senegal and chose this hotel as it was near airport and beach. I booked via Agoda for USD 680 net. The hotel requested me to pay USD 720 as per their exchange rate. This did not sound correct for me. So I had to go out and change USD to local currency and pay in local currency.
Generally ok, but its way too expensive. The room is ok, but many mosquitos and the air conditioning is very very noisy. Would not book again, not for that price anyways.

Wind brows from ocean toward this hotel , cool during day and gets a bit cold at night. There are sandy and dusty alleys everywhere. Enjoyed our stay from the first moment until the last second. Such a lovely garden / yard with plenty of flowers. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. even arranged a fishing trip for us. Would totally come back, actually dreaming of living there permanently one day ;) thanks for the great stay

I had not eaten all day travelling from Gambia by car and it was nearly midnight. Anyway there was an excellent fish restaurant nearby that was still cooking and I was able to eat well and enjoy a few drinks. The beach is ...
Good room - like a boutique hotel. Everything worked. About 10 mins drive from the airport (and about 30 mins into 'downtown' Dakar).
For airline reasons , I reached the hotel very later, till 9:00 PM I reached there, the hotel door is not easy to find, the room is ok, however the bed is really not cleanning, hope can improve in coming time
