"Dalat Hotel Du Parc is an impressive historical building in perfect condition. Staff at reception are very polite and helpful. If you are a golfer try out the golf course that belongs to Dalat Palace and Dalat du Parc - there are special rates available for hotel guests, its design is very nice with lots of water hazards and flowers everywhere. Golf and airport shuttle upon request. No breakfast facilities or restaurant, meals are available in the Cafe de la Poste just across the road. Gorgeous old building, good food and drinks, yet very expensive. I would definitely stay inherent Dalat Hotel du Parc again."

"Dalat Edensee is heaven on earth. Dalat itself is a beautiful place, undiscovered by many of the tourists who come to Vietnam. We arrived at the resort and were immediately greeted by the staff, who provided us a drink of ginger tea while we waited to check in. We were then personally escorted to our room in a buggy. The resort is beautiful and has a wonderful view of the lake. There is also an in-house spa. The best part of the hotel is the service from all the staff - from the receptionist to the restaurant waiters - we were treated like royalty everywhere we went. It was the best experience ever on our trip from the South to North of Vietnam!"

"Hotel is located near to tuyen lake. Far from city centre (15-20 mins taxi ride). There is free shuttle service . It is good for staycation and totally for relaxation at the hotel. Only place to eat is at hotel restaurant. There is no convenience store near to hotel. If anything need, buy from city centre first before you come. Hotel is newly built. Everything is new and good. Room is spacious. But bathroom has sewage smell. Otherwise, hotel is generally good to stay away from busy city life. Recommendation is to stay at this hotel for relaxation and stay at the hotel at city centre for touring and activities. I will stay this hotel again if I ever come back to Dalat."

"From the time that we arrived at Ngoc Lan the service was impeccable. The staff were always friendly and greeted you with a smile. The rooms very large, clean and modern and certainly for the money that we paid they were great value for money. For us probably the best value for money of anywhere that we stayed during our 3 week trip of Vietnam. Our room had a balcony which looked out over the lake and the market area which really came alive at night. A good range of eastern and western choices were available at the breakfast buffet. If we were going back to Dalat we would definitely stay here again.Looking around at some of the other hotels in Dalat i feel that we scored the pick of the bunch!!"

"i reached Dalat early morning (6am), but they allowed me to check in earlier. i booked for superior room (1 queen bed) but they said all superior rooms sold out at the time i reach hotel, so they upgraded my room to bigger room with 1 queen bed & 1 single room without additional charge!! and i can check in immediately, that was 7am only! then i can have a simple rest and bath then star my plan there my room is highest floor & not facing main road, so it is quiet & good view, the room is clean. the pretty receptionist was helpful with smile, will always greet & ready to help us whenever we pass by the lobby hall, and she really help us a lot on looking location to go , oh ya, you can rent motorbyke at the hotel as well, V-cafe just few step beside, 2km to go Dalat market, 1km to go the lake good location. all workers are helpful some of them might not understand English, but they will show you the correct person to go the breakfast is great, local Vietnamese style, many choices, some of the ppl said they never refilled the breakfast, but according to them, they only serve breakfast during 630 to 830, so when i reach the restaurant was 7am, and the food is ready for us, maybe you should not go later then 830 i bought my bus ticket once i reach Dalat, but according to them i can book the ticket from hotel, and the bus will come pick us up from the hotel, 30mins before departure; but the girl still help us call and confirmed the pickup service even though the ticket not booked by them. "Our stay with Zen Valley Dalat Resort was wonderful. The location is peaceful and captivating and even though it is slightly out of the main strip of Dalat it was only a 10 min ride to town and costs around $4. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Viviene she was amazing always smiling and helped us with deciding events for the day. All the staff we smiling and great to talk to. We had one of the bungelow, B1 and it was extremely spacious, clean, large shower, comfortable bed and television as well as a spectacular view. All up i think that this hotel should be in the 4 star range, for a 3 star hotel is is fantastic and we will re visit with great pleasure."

"I stayed with a friend for a total of three nights. The hotel is newly built and the room as well as the other facilities were very clean. The value you get for the price is just impressive. Although it is located a bit outside the city center, it is still easily reached by grab or taxi. Also the surrounding area is very calm. But the best thing about this place is the staff. They were extremely helpful in arranging bus tickets and checking availability and managed to arrange transportation for us even though there was the Tet holiday. All in all we can definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation and would come back for sure!"
