Dead Sea hotels & places to stay

This is a modern hotel, but not one of the newest in Ein Bokkek. It is spit into two hotels , One of which is the Spa Hotel. We stayed there and enjoyed the unique hot ( bath tub temperature ) pool filled with water from the Dead Sea just across the way. There are Saunas, Turkish Baths ( Hamam ). The breakfast if a large buffet style and the dinner which is recommended is also buffet style with a wide mix of salads and vegetables. The front of house staff in the front reception seem a little disorganised and unfriendly but as a spa-use there is a second reception with friendly personal service. I think children under 13 are not admitted.

Staff very friendly and helpful, SPA was amazing. Multilingual and professional. Food-just all best compliments-thanks to Food and Beverage Manager. Very clean rooms. Towels changing daily. Live music at the lobby every evening. I was very impressed -recomending to all type travellers. Not much to do for kids, no playground, no playrooms. Is not much entertainment in the dark time, so, I would recommend a small cinema room, mini cinema teatre. Would take more people out of room in the evening. Shuttle buses operating, you can order any tour around the places at the reception. Prices- affordable, but Israel expensive country itself, so extra money you must have. If I'll be back to Dead Sea- I'll stay in the same place, cause I like comfort and not too overcrowded places. If you are the same, you should go to Oasis hotel. Best luck for guys over there and thanks again.

We were at the Dead Sea for 2 nights. Firt night we stayed at a different hotel which had 4 stars on Agoda apparently... it was a mess! did not like it at all.... so when I saw that Crowne only had 3 I honestly did not know what to expect. I was wrong though... it was 10 times better than the other one.. big and modern room.. incredible view and very clean. We were called by Public Relations in the evening to check if everything was ok and she was so nice, she even offered us free beakfast ( we were 3 women) as we did not includ breakfast in our booking. Needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised and I would definitely book it again.

This hotel is great in every way---amenities, breakfast, service, spa, cleanliness. We had a super lovely room, 2 Queen sized bed, a jacuzzi and a balcony ---- one could not ask for anything more. Another plus for the hotel---- the 4 elevators were so efficient--never waited more than 10 seconds and the hotel was totally full. My husband went for the mud wrap treatment and said the therapists were super. I enjoyed the salt water pools---indoor and outside- and the public jacuzzi . All in all, this was a terrific vacation and the hotel made it so. PS--We read other reviews that were less than complimentary and wonder how they came to those conclusions. This Daniel Dead Sea hotel was 5 star all the way.... And when we did a hotel run walking north one evening, we were so happy, after seeing the others, that we had chosen the Daniel. The next evening we "drove" south to see the other hotels and again were glad the DANIEL was OUR hotel.

Overall me and husbands experience was great. Check in was easy and everyone was friendly. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Dead Sea. Since this is a youth hostel, it was full of youth. Thankfully our room was on the 3rd floor so the buzzing of the groups of kids outside did not disrupt us. We hiked Masada in the morning, which was about a 15 minute drive. We hiked Ein Gedi before check in which is about a 5 minute drive. Breakfast was fresh and good. There were just a ton of kids to try to deal with to get food, but it was manageable. I would stay here again.

We had a big problem to contact the owner. We got to the room and couldn't call the number from our non israeli phones. We met a man living neer by and he tried to call.... no answer. Then in the end a girl staying in a room contacted the lady who had the keys using Viber on her phone. After we got our room then another couple arrived, they also had the same problema and couldn't contact anybody. The room was nice and clean, the kitchen had all we needed. The bathroom was nice and new. Bad shower design as the whole floor gets wet. TV has lots of channels, including some in english. We don't usually watch TV but it's a very quiet place, no shops, etc. You have to go to Ein Bokek by car (or bus). For us it was fine.

We arrived to Leonardo club at Dead Sea on middle October and we had a pleasant staying there, the stuff is helpful we had a top floor room with a small balcony with an amazing view over the Dead Sea, the hotel have a private shore, and spa with an internal pool  We didn't enjoyed the food that much as far as it was to industrial environment at the restaurant, but to compare to other all inclusive hotel services this hotel is pretty good.

At the time of this writing, Holitel Tsell Harim Dead Sea was the cheapest or nearly the cheapest hotel in Ein Bokek/En Boqeq. The photos may make it seem to have charming accommodations and great access to the Dead Sea. The rooms are practically windowless. The Dead Sea access is not pleasantly arranged. Nothing in this hotel is visually pleasing. There is no worse food to be found at the Dead Sea; however, there is little food much better to be found there either. It is, however, inexpensive and clean.

Our stay at the Isrotel Dead Sea Hotel was completely delightful. The room was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The location excellent. Staff were all kind and helpful. Loved the Dead Sea water pool and the two other fresh water pools. Both of us have serious food allergies and the staff went out of their way to be sure we could dine without worry. We had an executive level room and the manager of the executive lounge, Sigalit, was especially kind and helpful. She paved the way for our enjoyment.

First time here, was nervous when I booked it. But was very happy when I arrived Friendly staff, easy check in, and we were on our way to see the room I was surprised to see it was a 2 room suite very comfortable and spaciousness Great pool and met some other guests. It's like a family hotel. Warm and friendly Didnt get a chance to see the second hand shop but wanted to Liked the mini mart store it had all we needed The room had a mini kitchen with sink, microwave, refrigerator, etc A few min drive to the beach and was blown away by all the things to do there Plenty of shopping, mud areas for the skin and more Next time I am in the area I will come back The staff made me feel comfortable

We spent three nights at this hotel at the beginning of February 2016. Having visited the Dead Sea on several occasions, the quality of hotel is particularly important to us as there is so little to do in the evening and the Ganim did not fail to deliver. The bedroom was clean and very spacious overlooking the Dead Sea and the staff were welcoming and, at all times, courteous and efficient. The buffet breakfast was excellent, as was the evening meal, although we only took this on our last night. Given there are so few food outlets in Ein Bokek, we will certainly consider taking half board accommodation when we make a return visit. The weather was too cold, at least for us, to use the outdoor pool, but this didn't bother us because we were more than happy with the indoor Dead Sea pools, jacuzzis and sauna! On our second night we were treated to some excellent entertainment in the form of a female duet - sadly, we don't know their names - but they really were very good and versatile and would put any X Factor winner, let alone finalist, to shame. If we have any complaint whatsoever, it is one which really was beyond the control of the hotel so we made no mention of it at the time - the bedroom had connecting doors to the room next door and we had the misfortune to have noisy neighbours. The 1.30am disturbance, however, was soon resolved by a loud knock on the connecting doors and an equally loud 'shut up' in Hebrew! This did not, though, detract from our level of satisfaction with the hotel and we shall be looking to make a booking for six of us in June - assuming we can get the same value for money.

Aloni Neve Zohar Guest House had provided basic but very clean and useful amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a meal, the room is clean and the rooms have an outdoor patio should you want to grill and drink outdoors. Best of all, the property manager was very friendly (unfortunately, I can't recall his name) helpful and accommodating. He even gave me and my sister a bottle of Israeli wine as well as some Dead Sea products as a welcome treat. He brought out a portable stove for us to use so we could cook outdoors. Overall, we had a very pleasant 3 days at this place!

A Dead Sea public beach is across the street with chair rentals, showers, and a small shopping area (you can purchase mud, snacks, and souvenirs). The reception staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions—also gave me a copy of the Egged Bus schedule for my trips to Masada (twenty minutes away) and Jerusalem. There is conveniently a bus stop across the street from the hotel. Buffet breakfast had an enormous variety of foods and beverages, including an espresso machine. The carpets are older, however the bathroom is modern, bed was extremely comfortable, and balcony overlooked the sea. In-room WiFi was efficient.
