"Very nice stay. I needed to get my grandson on a flight by 5:30 a.m. so we booked this hotel close to the airport. The shuttle was at the hotel by 4:20 a.m. to take us to the airport. Was able to catch the shuttle back to the airport once my grandson was on his flight. Nice and convenient did not have to worry about parking and the hassle of getting to the airport on time. Nice restaurants close by. Clean rooms and a friendly staff."

"Excellent location in downtown detroit, I was arranged in 21st floor with a great view of the beautiful skyline of the city as well as Canada across the river. The room itself is clean and comfortable. The price is a little high especially during thanksgiving holiday, but actually it has the lowest price in downtown based on my comparison."

"I loved the feel of a hotel designed in the glory days of Detroit and renovated for modern day travelers. The restaurant served breakfast, lunch and dinner👏🏻 We had the adult macaroni n cheese on two consecutive nights. Packed with big chunks of lobster and brimming with a cheesy/buttery sauce, it was superb. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. Staff was helpful and when we had an issue with our bathroom, housekeeping showed up within 5 minutes to bring fresh towels and supplies. This hotel is a short walk to the Fisher Theater which can be accessed by a secure walkway off the dining room or by a short walk. We chose the street and felt perfectly safe. It was a wonderful stay. Bravo "

"Stayed here for one night when connecting flights in DTW. The shuttle from the airport was quick and easy and the checkin was quick. The room itself is showing some signs of wear but was fairly clean, large and comfortable. I had a good sleep here and there was no unnecessary noise even from the airport. The free breakfast was an added bonus that was much appreciated. Would stay again when passing through Detroit."

"Rooms were rough. Beds left a lot to be desired. Sheets were thin and cheap anf comforter thin. Pillows were small and buckets in the hallway to catch water. Staff was nice and breakfast was typical hotel waffles cereal and yogurt. At one time it was nice but seems like current owners have cheaped out in an effort to squeeze every last penny out. "
