A great price for a very nice and clean room. Just couldn't beat the location, we were there for a graduation which took place at DSU, the price and location was the perfect place to stay. Thank you Agoda
Very run down and out-dated motel and rooms. Smells very bad of cigarette smoke, mold and mildew. Hand towels were dingy. Bathroom tiles coming up from the floor. Floor in front of bathroom is very weak. Mildew on carpet in front of refrigerator door. Bottom of refrigerator is rusted through.
Terrible management I’ll never go back simply based upon the level of rudeness from the general manager

We drove into Dover for a wedding and wanted a place to stay for the night that was conveniently located and offered breakfast. This was the perfect spot. The staff was courteous and very welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. And breakfast had something for everyone’s taste. I would definitely come back.
I thought it was a great location with a very luxurious room. We were minutes from everything and we walked to the historic section of the capital upon our arrival. The cost of everything in Delaware is very reasonable making our expenses less than other vacations. We were very pleased with everything.
The room was small but adaquate. Clean and comfortable. The walls did not do a good job of blocking noise. We could hear the TV in he next room. There is no exhaust fan in this bathroom.
The bathrooms and floors need to be cleaned a little better. Also the walls in the bathroom need to be scrubbed and wiped down after each person stays and they show they are not.
I arrived for check in after spending 15 hours traveling. My original room was next to the elevator, the front desk receptionist upgraded my room to a suite away from the elevator to allow me to relax my 2 days there. It was amazing. The room was clean and very peaceful. Exactly what i needed!
There was only one reception and when I was there probably too many guest come in at once.
Good food, kind staff. Biggest surprise was when I made the reservation, money was withdrawn right away but website said pay when arriving on property?
