"This is one of the best hotels in Dubai. The staffs are so accommodating especially Mr. Jerry. He entertained us while we were waiting for our check in. The room was clean. It was small but very relaxing. Every staff we met along the lobby/hallway greeted us with a smile. the location is great since it is a few minutes walk from deira city centre, also near the metro and restaurants. I would love to come back and recommend this to my friends. "

Its also 10-15 minutes away by foot from the JBR, which is one of best places in Dubai. The service is great and they are very helpful. "Well first while check in I was given wrong room and took one hour and twenty minutes to check in. Then was also overcharged by hotel as I had a kid 6 years old as per policy of the hotel he is free to stay but they charged me 200dhs approx for the kid and said your booking is through agoda and if I have any problem of them charging me I should talk to agoda directly. Agoda policy also says 3 to 12 years kids stay free I showed them and they still charged me. Very basic rooms with even the curtains not having a blackout. Mini bar was filled with only softdrinks and no snacks or alcohol. Three separate restaurants in the hotel but oy one is functional each day. No ala carte only buffet. No much options for vegetarians or Indian food. Snacks time the snacks are just kept in the fridge only beef burgers and some unnamed sandwiches to pick and warm it in the microwave and eat. Bar has a limited options to drink. No room service at all for everything you need to call reception as even for house keeping. I had called for extra pillows at 1:am and was given at 2:45am after several calls to reception. Very unprofessional staff and unapologetic. Rooms:2/5 Facilities: 3/5 Customers service: 2/5 Overall: 2.5/5 "

"Everything was EXCELLENT at Marina Hotel Apartments, from location to their staff's hospitality. We booked for 6D5N. The apartment booked was huge with 2 spacious bedrooms with a bathroom each plus another toilet room and store room. Also spacious living area and balcony. So clean, feel like home. Perfect for families. The rooms and amenities are also exactly the same as the photos. Awesome east marina views & an amazing skyscraper view from 14th floor. Close to restaurants along Marina Walk, supermarkets, pharmacy, the DAMAC Metro & Dubai Marina Tram. The Marina Walk just below the hotel is nice place to stroll, especially in the evening. Free Wi-Fi provided with unlimited devices used, was very great, my boy love it to play online PS4. The front desk, bell boy, housekeeping, security guard & staff was very friendly, helpful & always smile. Suggestion: Need to provide TV in master bedroom & hot water for toilet's water spray. WE loved it so much. Till we come again to Dubai. :)"

"I primarily chose this hotel because I had business to attend to in one of the universities in Academic City. However, even if it's practically the nearest and most affordable place to Academic City, you'll still need to get an Uber or a taxi to get to the universities (which will roughly cost about 20-35 AED) just because the highways in Dubai are really massive and the highway between Academic City and Dubailand (where this hotel is situated) is no exception. This hotel is also quite far out from Downtown Dubai but, for its price and the convenience of having the amenities of a serviced apartment (fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, iron, etc), I'd say it's pretty worth it. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service that brings you to one outlet mall nearby, and two malls in Downtown Dubai, which are the Dubai Mall (where the Burj Khalifa also is) and Mall of Emirates. Both malls are jump-off points for the hop-on, hop-off city bus tours that can bring you to the Dubai's most notable sites. So all in all, even if the hotel is far, it keeps you connected to most of the tourist sites. In the ground floor of the hotel, there is a pizza place, a pharmacy and a small supermarket that are open until 12 midnight I think. So again, even if the hotel was in a remote place, the presence of these three establishments made staying in this hotel convenient. Members of the staff were also very easy to deal with and they always managed to address my concerns promptly. The facilities were clean although I wasn't able to try the pool or gym. My room was clean and spacious although I noted that some of the bathroom fixtures in my room were broken. The furniture was also okay, although a bit spartan for my taste. My favorite spot in the room though was the kitchen as it was really conveniently equipped with the basic kitchen stuff (even utensils) that you'd need if you wanted to cook. I didn't have kids with me but I can see this hotel as a great choice for families "

"We arrived at the hotel at 230am with great welcome by the staff. The staff explained very well which room available for non-smoking as requested for 7D6N stayed. We had smooth check-in. The hotel just 5mins walking distance to Sharaf DG Metro, really easily accessible. 10-15mins walking distance to Mall of the Emirates. Supermarkets, pharmacies, saloons, spa, laundry & restaurants also conveniently located near the hotel. The staff at the reception was very helpful, extremely polite & the best part is they SMILE all the time. They assisted us in getting a taxi to go to Dubai Miracle Garden & our 2nd hotel at Dubai Marina. The housekeeping staff also very helpful and do their job well done. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment and the rooms were spacious and clean, fully equipped to make you feel like you stay at home. My children love it so much. Pool was small but clean with great staff available all the time. Wi-Fi connection good but not great at all, kept disconnecting. LOVE IT! TQSM"
