"I booked a King's room (honeymoon suite) online and a 50% deposit was debited from my account. When we arrived to check in, we were given a room that is in a very bad shape (even worse than the standard rooms I am used to at Kennaway Hotel). When we returned to the reception to raise a query, we were informed that all honeymoon suites were not available. A call was made to a manager at Osner Hotel who decided that we should be taken to Osner Hotel, without even an apology. We ended up staying at Osner Hotel, in a room that had a leaking toilet."
