"This place is very old! The room smelled and the bathroom was rusty and had yellow marks on the wall that should have been cleaned off. The caulking around the bathroom door was filthy! I paid more for this than an Embassy Suites and it felt dirty to me. The location was perfect though for hiking in the national forest."

"Service: quick check in and check out. Staff and management were professional, friendly, and helpful. Value: If you get an updated room, you likely won't find a better value in the area Cleanliness: Poor. Carpet stains and hair. Location: By car, everything is close together in this small town. Wifi: weak and unstable Room: mattress needs to be flipped, a/c not working, showers small and weak Bottom Line: We booked the cheapest room and got what we paid for. If you get an updated room, you will have a different experience. With such a good staff and location, this hotel has great potential. "

"The motel is well-located, and the staff seem efficient and friendly (very little interaction with any of them, however); my only complaint (and an important one) is that the beds are very uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore lower back both mornings, and it took me hours of movement to get the kinks worked out. Too bad, because otherwise it was (given this is Estes Park in the height of the summer), a 3.5 star experience"

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the resort. It was our first time in Estes park and the staff were very friendly to provide us with the information we needed to get around town and to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The main attractions were only 10 mins driving distance away. Too bad we only stayed one day. Don't mind staying here again. "
