"Couldn’t fault it one bit. Excellent location between hythe Sandgate folkstone on sea front beautifully landscaped to the rear. The room was clean with a mini fridge which was a huge bonus for us. We made use of all facilities; sauna steam room jacuzzi champagne bar and also the hotel bar. Loved it every Minute of our short stay. We were also surprised at the reasonable rates. We have family in folkstone so are regular visitors to the area staying in different hotels but this has been the best. Thanks "

"We stay at the Grand Burstin every time we visit Folkestone and we’re always happy with the price and the standard. It’s not a posh hotel, so don’t expect anything fancy, but do expect a decent level of comfort, a good price and of course a fantastic location (you could only get closer to the sea by moving the hotel across the road!). "we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in this hotel. we were visiting family in folkestone, about 5 minutes away, but appreciate that this hotel is mainly used for travellers to and from france. the location is perfect, being a short distance from the channel tunnel. check in was easy and we found a comfortable and spacious room with a nice bathroom. no bath but the shower was good.buffet breakfast was plentiful, some cooked (sausage, scrambled egg and beans)and some continental (croissants, rolls etc)and all freeof charge.the car park is entered by a barrier so is secure and there is plenty of parking space. we highly recommend this hotel."
