This was our first time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Walton Beach. It was an amazing experience! Tons of beautiful scenery, and plenty to do! Staff was amazing! Can’t wait to come back next year!
We were on the 4th floor which was under renovation. Materials all over and very dusty and dirty because of that. Wish we would have known, would have chosen a different hotel. Also, paid far too much with all the work going on. Even in the parking lot, there were storage trailers that took parking. Contemplating asking for Money back. Room wasn’t quite ready,...
My husband and I were traveling from central Florida to Texas and along the way we wanted a (last-minute) 3 night stay in the Ft Walton/Destin Beach area. I was literally searching for places from my tablet in the car and found this little gem. It's a great little property, clean, cool decor, cute little bar, and the complimentary beach chairs/umbrella is a real plus...
Hotel was easily accessible and well located. We had to request a remake of the bed as the sheets were stained when we arrived. The comp breakfast was very puny. We scheduled 3 days, ate breakfast there only the first morning and actually ended up just leaving out a day early. Not impressed.
We won’t be back to this hotel.. the tiki bar outside was closed the entire time, the hot tub was down for some time and when it was “working” again it was only hot water, no jets. We ended up switching rooms because our porch door wouldn’t stay shut and we were right in front of the kids pool. While I was waiting in line to talk to the manager there were 5 others also...
This is a new and excellent hotel. Clean and smells great. Rooms are adequately furnished. Counter staff are also extremely helpful and friendly. Email response is also impressively instantaneous. Special mention to Alexander who helped me look out for my shipped item.
The foreign owners are jerks. I've stayed here a couple times because it's cheap, but the management staff has zero personality and will not go out of their way to help the customer in any way.
This hotel was fairly small and quiet being just off the main highway 98. It had a great ocean view and right on Okaloosa Island. The beaches were very nearby as well as plenty of food places and shopping. The staff was friendly and my stay here with my father and daughter was very peaceful and serene.
Room was clean but towel bar and toilet paper holder were broken off the wall. Hotel charged a $100 deposit which was not disclosed in the booking process. So far I have not received notice that my $100 deposit has been credited.
We would definitely stay here again. Gulf side view was great. The room wasn’t fancy but it was clean and the location of the hotel was close to many attractions and shopping. We got breakfast with our hotel reservations which was a great deal. Had shrimp and grits and crab cakes Florentine. The private beach was nice and the sand was fine and soft like freshly f...
