"Stopped by during our NC500 trip. Excellent location and very friendly staff. We ended up having dinner and drinks here after the local restaurant stopped serving food very early. The beds were surprisingly comfy given the hotels decor and the shower was powerful in our first floor room. The hotel staff were great, and very accommodating when it came to our groups ridiculously fussy food orders.. breakfast was particularly good! The only small gripe would be the lack of cold beverages from the bar, and no cider. Otherwise a great bargain!"
