"The staff was very helpful and very nice. The hotel was nice as well, the only difficulty was the parking, we had to park in front of the hotel since we arrived late at night and their parking is limited and was full. But I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The reason I book this was for how close it was to the train station, we had to take the first train early morning and it was super convenient, staff was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. My only comment will be that we went to the restaurant due to the rain that day and it was a very presentable restaurant, the lady at the bar was friendly and very informative, she convinced us to have dinner there and we did it was good, Italian menu, every dish we ordered was good, unfortunately there was a older guy been our server and he was not nice, he wrote our order down and lost it, so he got back and ask again for what we had order. I had order a soup as an appetizer and my main course came and the soup never came, he was in such a hurry and telling people to order quick because the restaurant has to close, it was busy there because of the rain, I don’t think it was nice, it is a beautiful restaurant and really good food, but it was awful eating in such a hurry. "The hotel is very clean, has nice amenities such as a beautiful lobby, great pool area and with it being located in such beautiful grounds - it is very relaxing. The staff at check in and check out were extremely focused on customer service and made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely come back. I rated the location as a 3 due to it being a bit of a drive (10 mins) to any shopping etc. If shopping or being able to walk to other attractions isn’t important to you then the location is perfect.
