"I can't say enough about this amazing hotel. The Manager/Owner was so kind and friendly and gave great advice to us regarding the area, we felt incredibly welcomed by him and he seemed to be everywhere, helping housekeeping staff carry linens up the stairs, helping serve in the restaurant. The sign of a great Manager, is one who can help on the front line and be in touch with his staff and the challenges they face, I was so impressed with him. The in-house restaurant served beautiful food with a great atmosphere, the room itself was spotlessly clean and facilities were perfect with a lot of attention to detail. My husband and i enjoyed ourselves so much that we are considering moving to the Gerringong/Kiama area!
