We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gladstone Reef Hotel. The room was spacious, tidy and the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel itself is located very close to The Dock at East Shores, bars, restaurants and a 10-15 minute walk to the supermarket. It's well-run, well-maintained and well-positioned. Stylish yet not showy, luxurious yet not opulent, it signifies much of what appeals about Gladstone
We arrived late, after midnight, but after calling and informing staff of our delay we were taken through a simple check in process. Complementary breakfast was also a winner. A perfect base for a visit to Gladstone and surrounds. Should my family return to the area, and we have every intention, this is where we will stay.
This is our third stay at the Mecure in Gladstone. The rooms are lovely, very tastefully decorated with everything you need for a short stay. Beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet at the attached Yaralla sports club is fantastic and is what keeps bringing us back. Thanks
As usual, everything is good about this fairly new hotel in Gladstone. Only problem i had was with the air conditioner. I tried for ages to try and get it working only to find out that it was isolated downstairs at reception. They had to turn on and re-set from reception.

Wonderful wxperience, sue was very helpful in providing directions and any other enquires I had. Booked for two weeks and was easily transferred to day by day due to work. Very professional and extremely helpful. This motel go out of your way to provide assistance and support. Highly recon and to anyone passing through or staying longer :)

Rooms aren’t as sound-proof as I like but then I am particularly fussy about noise (I expect most travellers would not be as finicky as I am). Bed was comfy!
